Guest House 73

Guest house 73 is run by Suzanna. Her place is modern but has a touch of retro. It is spotlessly clean and very central. Bed is very comfortable & the room has good insulation for both sound & light. It is situated in via sassari and it is surrounded by some nice restaurants like Sa domu sarda & Mari mannu (latter is in an adjacent street). Everyday Suzanna prepared excellent breakfasts and she asked us the day before what we liked to have. She also helped us a lot with information. We can't thank her enough for making our stay a memorable one. Without any doubt, when we will be returning to cagliari, we will be staying again at Guest house 73.

Having traveled to dozens of countries over many years, I’ve never been treated so kindly and generously and felt so at home like I was with family as I did at Susanna’s guesthouse. I came for two nights and ended up staying two weeks as a result - it was one of the best experiences of my life entirely because of her and her kindness, helpfulness, generosity, hospitality, humor, warmth, flexibility, and also passion for Sardinia that she shares so graciously with all those around her. She is an incredible person and host that is so eager to share her love for her city with others and see her guests have a wonderful experience in Cagliari. In terms of the guesthouse itself, it is beautiful (so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated), comfortable (rooms are so spacious and literally every person that stays here talks about how well they sleep), and centrally located (there’s no better place to be in Cagliari). The breakfast is absolutely wonderful with delicious local products like ham, prosciutto, pecorino and ricotta cheese, cakes Susanna bakes fresh, a super refreshing fruit salad with mint, and much more. I also love breakfast at Susanna’s guesthouse because it’s a shared table where you meet and get to chat with other guests - as a solo traveler, this was great for me and I met and left with so many new friends as a result. Overall, I cannot recommend Susanna’s guesthouse enough. It was the highlight of my 5 months traveling, one of the best and most unforgettable experiences I've ever had, and a home away from home I will be telling friends about and recommending they visit for years to come.

We had an amazing stay in this accommodation! It's beautifully decorated and smells incredible. Because of its central location, everything is in walking distance The host Susanna was very kind and had many nice recommendations for us. We loved her personal touch to the Guest House and would definitely come back.
