Radisson Residences Cairo Heliopolis

I can not express enough words, I travelled with my 4 year old daughter and the hotel team were all extremely welcoming and supportive. this was a well deserve 5* experience. My daughter even mentioned that she would like to go back again as everyone loved her. I want to Thanks Navien and the entire team from reception to housekeeping you are all great and hopefully we will see you next year.

I enjoyed my stay at Radisson residence during my 7 day trip in Egypt. Radisson residence hotel staff are friendly and ready to help any time of the day. The rooms are clean and beddings are comfortable. I enjoyed their diverse breakfast options:) if you love healthy food you will even like it more. The house keeping team and from office are approachable. As a first timer in Egypt, I felt safe and secure during my stay with them. I highly recommend the hotel 👏

Clean hotel and great service! It is a 10-minute drive away from the airport, and could be a bit further away from touristic sites (depending on the time of the day you take a car). Thanks to Youssef, Nevien, Basma, Amir, Eslam, the gentlemen at the concierge, and everyone in the crew. Everyone there was friendly and super helpful and gave great tips when we needed. There were some requests that we had and they accommodated us to the best of their abilities. For example, there was a minor issue with the shower drainage but when I asked for a mop, they provided it. Please note that there is construction nearby, so if you are a light sleeper, the noise might wake you up. We'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience will definitely be there again, Wonderful staff, great location near the airport and the city biggest mall 20 minutes from old Cairo It was lovely at the pool also, Excellent internet service There is a nice place beside the hotel entrance where your kids can play and you can use the cafes around to get a good break

The hotel apartment is brand new. I stayed for 7days and 6 nights and it was an awesome experience. The interior of the apartment is very nice. Also there are restaurants inside the vicinity as well as coffee shops. Staffs are very friendly. Very near at the airport.

A suitable apartment with a great value compared to the price Brand new hotel apartment near airport with a lot of faculties around the hotel Stayed 3 days , and every time the team meets you with same great smile at the desk HK was so much helpful Breakfast was great Hotel doesn’t provide evening entertainment

The hotel is wonderful, the check in and check out process was excellent, the room was very clean,the service was good, great location near the airport,the pool was nice , lovely food and reception staff was very helpful i will definitely revisit.

Excellent service, the hotel is brand new, just opened on the first week of July . Front desk agents were very helpful and knowledgeable. Same with the room service, the rooms were spotless. I had the one bedroom apartment, it was a good size for 3 people, I have also requested a rollaway bed. Regular cell phone coverage is not good in the area but the WiFi was very good.

Excellent hospitality received. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Nice breakfast. Staff is always smiling and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. Neat and clean hotel. On center of the city. Location is near to various shopping malls.
