While not a fancy hotel (to Western standards) everything was clean and working. We booked because we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before catching our early AM flight. The location within walking distance of Citystars Mall was perfect and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

خدمة الغرف كانوا سريعين في تلبية الطلبات حتى الصيانة عندما اخبرناهم بان التلفزيون لا يعمل او يحتاج الى برمجة قاموا بتصليحه، على الرغم من ان النزيل يجب ان يستلم الغرفة جاهزة تماما لاستضافته ولا يطلب صيانتها فهو لم ياتي كي يصلح للفندق غرفهم . شكرا

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

I stayed at Tolip Golden Plaza for some nights during my business trip to Cairo. The hotel is located in a busy area, close to a big mall and some restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was a bit old and worn out. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. The bathroom was decent, but the water pressure was low and the towels were not very soft. The WiFi was free, but slow and unreliable. The breakfast buffet was good, but not very varied. The staff were polite and helpful, but not very attentive. The pool was nice, but small and crowded. The fitness center was well-equipped, but the massage services were expensive. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at Tolip Golden Plaza, but I think there are better options in Cairo for the same price range.

When we arrived at 9.15pm on 10/02/2023 at the entrance by Uber, the security team was busy socialising, and the entry was blocked. We unloaded our 4 bags and checked with the security of the entry. They showed the entry and advised to drag the bags around. I complained the incident to the duty manager at the reception who was defensive, interrogative, and said he would check the camera to confirm the credibility of the incident. We asked why we would complain if everything was as smooth as expected and walked away.

Las habitaciones no están mal. La televisión solo canales en árabe. La comida es bufet libre y si se acaba no reponen. Tampoco es de buena calidad, muy básica...las bebidas van aparte y son bastante caras. Tardan mucho en atenderte. Servicio muy lento. Está en las afueras del Cairo. Bastante apartado del centro. No hay WiFi en las habitaciones, solo en el hall y casi nunca funciona...si quieres estar cerca del centro y calidad, este no es tú hotel. Nuestro guía ABDUL, nefasto. La agencia con la quien contraté el viaje ”CONCEDETE UN DESEO”, cuya propietaria se llama CARINA, una ESTAFA...es una agencia on line de Barcelona, sólo para grupos de mujeres. Pagas más del doble por un servicio que te ofrece cualquier agencia low cost. Si tenéis que contratar algún viaje con CONCEDETE UN DESEO, comprobar antes todo lo que oferta. Yo no la recomiendo...

A gem of a small boutique hotel in a great location & good area. Rooms are unique & although the building old the bathroom modern & the beds very comfortable. Great service & very attentive & helpful staff. There are several restaurants within the hotel, offering a diverse option of cuisines. Breakfast is served in the Carlos restaurant & excellent. My only criticism, after enjoying one cocktail & making the decision to come back & eat later, they charged all of the service & local taxes but worse a cover charge. This small incident left me a bit annoyed & needless to say, I didn't go back to eat. Other than this small thing I had a lovely experience staying here & would highly recommend.
