Very nice hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Great food and very nearby beach. Clean and with all equipment needed! We stayed with friends for 5 days and would recommend! There is daily activities and program for families and adults. Rooms with AC and with extra payment also with pool view

What a great time I had here. I went with my partner. I had read the reviews of the hotel, and they were very mixed, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we got there the hotel we were greeted fondly and there waiting was some cold food out which was great as I was peckish. On first inspection of the place, it did look a little dated, but it was spotless. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels. The bed was super comfy and had extra pillows slept like a champ all week. The food in the restaurant was good, always something for me to eat which can be difficult as I am a very fussy eater. The staff there were amazing Mirabel Gema where brilliant made me laugh everyday. Everyone was just so friendly will definitely go back. Cala Millor was a beautiful place to go would recommend.

A very cozy hotel. The room was modest but very clean. Cleaned daily - towels changed daily. The cuisine and dishes are very tasty - a very large selection of various meals, fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located very close to the sea. I would highly recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! i don’t even know where to start, Cala millor is a beautiful area and would definitely come back but never again this hotel. To start this holiday was me and my sister, so two young females 18&20, as we get onto our transfer we soon realise that we are the only ones for our hotel, didn’t think much of this at the time however as it came to dropping us off we got dropped off at a different hotel! and got told to walk 5 minutes with very little direction, now as two young females to be randomly dropped off in the streets of majorca felt VERY unnerving, luckily we had data and could use google maps but what happens to those with no data? do they just make a guess of where they need to go? secondly as we arrive in the hotel and go to check in the staff member at the reception tells us that our room is very basic, has no view (of a street to be exact) and no balcony but we can upgrade for 60 euro, we take this offer as i think anyone would the way she was describing the room we initially had. she then states we owe a 38 euro tax, i know euro tax is a thing but to pay 98 euro straight off the bat was abit of a shock. thirdly the room. the room was nothing other than two beds pushed together, with a slither of walk space around, the bathroom had mould, a broken toilet seat and did not air out very well so was very claustrophobic, the shower head was also just spewing water out randomly so you couldn’t have it on very powerful or the whole bathroom would’ve been soaked. the balcony door was so stiff and required an arm work out to open and close and our balcony light also didn’t work so at night time it was very dark. the room also did not have any sort of mini fridge, i understand it being all inclusive means we don’t necessarily NEED a fridge of any kind but you would think in a hot country that would come as big standard anyway? could just be me though. fourthly as we unpack we decide to go down to the pool and get some lunch as we were still in the “lunch timeframe” our option for lunch was VERY basic, chips, burger, hotdog. and some salad and fruits, we opted for chips and bread (this becomes a recurring theme as you read on) after food we decide to go sit by the pool, we quickly realise we are the only english people there (not a huge issue at all) we just felt a little bit of a minority, as soon as we walk out we are greeted with lots of looks from older men around the pool and in the pool, this again didn’t think much of at first as it’s usually something that happens a lot round pools full of people in bikinis etc. after sitting at the pool for abit we decide to go into the pool, both pool ladders are actually broken and wobble a lot as u climb in and out, this is super unsafe! as we get in the pool we are immediately felt off putted by the people in the pool, the two men who looked at us as we came out were now in the pool smiling and laughing at us getting in, we felt very unsafe, they kept

Overall this is a lovely little hotel, plenty of sunbeds to choose from around the pool and while we were there they never seemed to be many people staying around the pool area, that may have been to do with the fact cala millor beach was about 5-10 min walk. Beds were nice and seemed comfy enough. Air con was good and room nice overall with balcony only thing to say is there might need to be a look into some sort of extractor etc in the bathroom as i spotted a small tiny bit of black mould emerging and it was a little challenging to get into the shower at first because the shower screen only goes so far so i felt i needed to be fully flexible in order to step into the shower, the shower was nice and powerful though. Food was a bit repetitive with a little but not a lot of variety so after a week the all inclusive good got boring. The breakfast was good, crepes were lovely, bacon is not bacon its warm ham at best and sausages are not English sausages they tasted like the quorn/ vegan kind. I cut my foot on one of the pool ladders on our last day and im hoping someone from the hotel sees this as this needs to be fixed. As i was climbing up the steps closest the lifeguards post it wobbled and slanted to one side resulting in my foot sliding down fast and it cut my skin open resulting in a substantial amount of blood, we got some bandages and saline from the lifeguard but other than this there was no like are you okay or a safety form done so they can get that sorted. I was meant to file it with reception but i forgot to so hoping someone will see and inform there maintenance team, both of them ladders need sorting as i saw the safety cap had come off the other one to leaving the screws and bolts exposed and on the lifeguard side as you try climb up it pretty much pulling the stone slab up which is a massive health and safety nightmare so why it hasn't been fixed or even blocked off is beyond me. Luckily i am okay and it doesn't appear to have been infected by what is probably rusty bolts. We would definitely stay her again but please fix the pool ladders! Overall a good nice place close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We did a day on the moonfish, i would recommend this boat trip it was a nice little day out, we eent to the porto cristo market before coming back which isn't really much to be honest.

We spent 2 lovely weeks in the hotel. There is a beautiful beach not far from the hotel. The rooms were small but very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Meals were delicious and there were all kinds of food. There was always fresh fruit. The atmospehre was great. We would like to thank all the staff for their amazing and hard work. Big shout for Diego, Angelito, Maria, Ricardo, Maribel, Alba, Tomas, Patricio and Adan.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and for us it's the perfect location. Its Close to the beach, 5 mins to Mondays weekly market and if you like Aldi that's next to the Market as well. We have been coming to Cala Millor & Cala Bona for years and would not go anywhere else as the area is beautiful. The housekeeping team are lovely and changed towels and cleaned our room daily right up until the day we were leaving. The majority of the bar staff were brilliant. Apart from 1 guy who not only constantly whistles in the restaurant and does not understand that if you want to purchase proper Baileys instead of the inclusive sweet stuff they offer then you should be able too. Several times he tried to pour cheap stuff behind a coffee machine when he thought was not looking whilst I am waving euros to pay for proper Baileys. The food although basic was edible sometimes.. we were here last year and food a slight improvement. We had issues with our door lock several times whilst there in the end a new one was fitted but the maintenance were quick to respond. The reception team are great and helped with a room move as the one we were originally allocated was shocking. If money allows a pool view is the room type to go for. Although we ended up paying an extra 120 euros for the pleasure. All in all this hotel is great for locality. It is gets alot of German guests who are all very pleasant. See you next year!!

Not much more too say, eat out every meal after turning up and being told "there's food in the next room, help yourself" too lasts night rice that was bone dry & one pork chop that was unedible between 12 of us. Otherwise the hotel was great. Very small selection of food on the all inclusive also no matter what you drink from the bars, your drink comes served in a plastic cup,coffee,beer,Pina colada, all the same cup that's not very tall, probably around half a pint. Did complain too Jet2 but they told me too email them and they never returned any mail.
