Room Pros:
-Rooms were spacious
-Sofa bed worked appropriately for children
Room Cons:
-BUGS ( which were NOT bed bugs ) this was confirmed by the hotels "Engineer" who came to go through the room & bed
* I brought the live bug to the front desk and gave to staff
-ALARM CLOCK
Our room alarm clock went off at 3am and 6am.
This must if been set by previous guests and not re set by staff.
Because of this, after our ling day of traveling with two babies, who very much needed a good nights sleep, they were woken up multiple times
- PILLOWS, the room provided 3 pillows. ( total. Including the one in drawer)
With two small children on the sofa bed, and 2 adults in the king bed, we were 1 pillow short, when I asked the front desk for another pillow they said they were "all out of pillows" after a bit of a wait, a staff member came with an additional pillow after a 10 minute wait in the lobby.

Received our food
ALL MEALS WERE COLD
but, with two small children and a very hungry Dad on Fathers day, they ate their cold meals.
I asked for mine to be re made because it was too cold to enjoy, the manager took my meal- placed it under the heat lamp for aprox 3 minutes then brought it back and left, the meal with STILL COLD. I asked if he just microwaved it, he explained that he put it under a heat lamp.
No discount was offered.
