Beautiful location. Definitely worth paying the little extra for a sea view Tammy at reception was warm friendly and very helpful Lovely rooms Bathroom could do with a slight update I'd definitely recommend tho as staff and location was superb

Been going to palmanova regularly for 30 years or more and have to say just returned from a week stay here and everything was fab.Firstly the view from the balcony was our best yet … Tammy on reception was lovely aways very cheerful and helpful … the apar**ent was clean and comfortable ,kitchen was well equipped with pots pans utensils etc had hob , microwave , kettle , toaster , coffee machine , fridge/freezer. Shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. No complaints whatsoever . my only suggestion would be as there is no oven maybe swap the coffee machine (as there is a kettle) for a cheap airfryer lol will definately be returning if available next time

A little anxious after reading some negative reviews on here. I can only think you're extremely fussy if you find fault with these apar**ents. We booked a superior seaview apar**ent, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with the most spectacular view. Basic but modern and most importantly spotless. We found the beds very comfortable Brilliant location. You're on the beach in less than a minute. Not rowdy noisy but obviously it's a busy beach with many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I'm writing this at 00:55 whilst sat on the balcony and all I can hear is waves crashing against the shore. Tammy the receptionist is lovely and very helpful. Emailed instructions to access apar**ent for late arrival a few days in advance, very clear. We will not hesitate to book here again when we come back.

Reception area-clean, modern & well lit. Check in went smoothly. We were glad the property had a lift-it was needed! After travelling we wanted to shower. Immediately noticed the shower head holder was broken. Alex fixed it 3 days later & the shower was roomy, full flow & easy to use. We had a studio apar**ent; the view/space wasn't great & no upgrade available. It was 'Okay’ & we had everything required for our 2 week stay. If we wanted fresh sheets/towels we asked & it wasn't a problem. The living area sofa bed wasn't comfy to sit on. Overall the apar**ent was clean & well equipped. The beds are clean & comfy. Tammy was brilliant; approachable & went the extra mile sorting our transfers home. Any other staff we met were always lovely. A fantastic location & I'd suggest people always book the sea view. Despite looking onto the street the area was fine & any street noise wasn't a problem. Although, I did have a great time watching the thunderstorms & heavy rain. Security is good. AC was great! Lots of things to see & do in the immediate area & if you're unsure about anything ask Tammy. We are returning to Palma Nova next year & considered these apar**ents again but decided not to. This is not a reflection on the apar**ents/staff, its only because of our age & my health conditions that we have booked more regularly serviced accommodation. We had a fantastic time. we had a lovely stay at these appar**ents Tammy on reception is such a lovely person and is just so helpfull this was our second say here and it certainly wont be our last we just love how everything is on your doorstep

The view is simply breathtaking, we had room on 6th floor plus the balcony is enormous. Small kitchen helps, even though we ate out. Very spacious 1-bedroom apar**ent, neighborhood is lively, a bit noisy, busy until late, if you have your windows open instead of airconditioning. Tammy at reception gives great tips what to see, plus I needed something printed and she did it on the spot with big smile on her face. She has best English I've heard here in Mallorca this week.

I was at Apar**ento Calablanca with my sister in July , and we loved it so much that we are going back next week. We had a superior room on the 4th floor, and the view was amazing. It had everything for our needs , we like the beach so it didn't bother us not having a pool. The place is lovely and modern and was spotlessly clean. The maids also emptied the bins and took out our rubbish. Tammy on reception is such a lovely, helpful person , something I don't experience in other hotels. Some people are really fussy , if so, they should book a 5 or 6 star and pay the extra. Cannot wait to return next Sunday

Amazing stay at the apar**entos apar**ent been coming here the last few years.Prime location 1 min from the beach very clean and spacious apar**ents. Tammy on the reception is amazing such a lovely lady be back next year
