I've had an wonderful vacation in Alma resort. Huge thanks to Alma resort! Every request was promptly done, every staff I met was kind with smile, and everything was perfect! I have not even a single complain about staying. I strongly recommend the resort to my friends and others!

Good kid club. Good water park. But the delivery of luggage is a bit delayed.

The check-in/check-out service in the hotel lobby was fast, perfect and courteous. After check-in, the staff arranged a golf cart to deliver us to the room. The swimming pool facilities and equipment are sufficient, and there is a bar next to the swimming pool that can serve drinks. There are many types of swimming pools to choose from. There is also a road next to the beach, and the staff are proactive and courteous. This time I stayed in a one-bedroom cabin room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom It's spacious, and the most appreciated thing is the 1.2m swimming pool in the room, where the couple can rest and enjoy the beautiful garden view. Breakfast in the morning is buffet style, with many varieties and not stuffy. This stay was a good experience and it is worth introducing to friends.

The room is huge and with Jacuzzi on the balcony. Very near to the airport, just took 10 mins by taxi. It has many cooking classes for the guests to join. The buggy service is good but has to call 10 mins you go.

Overall, it was very good. I would say breakfast was just normal, and there were a few ants on the table during the breakfast.

The room is very big, with good facilities, panoramic Seaview and at a very reasonable price. The Hotel have lots of activities for kids, many pools, water park. It's quite far from the city center but the choice of restaurants is limited.

Great location - less than 10 minutes from the cam ranh airport. Staff super friendly and facility generally satisfactory Size - compound is very large; required a buggy ride almost anywhere we wanted to go Food - not great. During 4 days I had to deliver outside food in a couple of times Overall good experience. Highly recommend

Good for family have kids. There are many facility in the resort.

The check-in process must be improved. They are using very old fashioned process. That’s why it takes so long. It can be in 2 minutes. HR and FO department should take this matter very seriously. Benchmark other international chain hotels. Get a consultation from Fidelio. Bring a printer or using a tablet pc at the front desk. You should improve the check-in process, otherwise you cannot get good guest comments.

여러 리조트 고민 중 선택 했는데 너무 만족하고 왔습니다 가족이랑도 또 오려고 합니다 가족단위가 많았고 너무 깔끔하고 리조트 내에 놀거리도 많아서 아주 좋았습니다! 3박 했는데 조식도 맛있고 돈이 하나도 안아까운 리조트 였습니다 !

레이트 체크인이 불가하다고 안내받아 1박을 추가로 현지에서 예약했습니다. 이전 룸컨디션이 좋지않아 방 변경을 요청했고, 1시간 넘게 기다려 방 교체를 받았습니다. 제대로 정리되지 않은 방을 안내받았고, 직원이 별도 노크나 알림 없이 방문을 열고 들어왔습니다. 침구류를 왜 또 가져다 준지는 모르겠지만 얼룩이 잔뜩 묻어있는 침구류를 받았습니다. 이전 방 컨디션과 비슷하게 화장실에서는 악취가 났고, 욕조는 머리카락과 먼지가 가득했습니다. 수영장은 좋았지만 물이 따뜻하고 바다 모래가 있습니다. 전체적으로 개선이 필요합니다.
