Hotel Mesra keluarga di Cam Ranh

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

The hotel is amazing! Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. I would especially like to mention the managers Ha Nguyen and Viet Nguyen, who made our stay as comfortable as possible and solved all our problems. My family had a bad experience in the Area Cam Ranh. We had 4 people- a big family , booked 2 rooms . When we came, they arranged 2 rooms very far from each other. Not welcome drink. And waiting for the check in the new room until 4:00 p.m. At the pool, we have to rent the life jacket for my kids, just using for 1 hour-50.000 . At night, there wasn’t anything to see or play. But in the advertising Facebook had a film watching outside, Arena Town,…. But the night nothing to play. In the morning of the day after, my kids played at kids club. The staff was very rude. Don’t allow to bring any drink. But my kids need water if they thirsty. I put in the corner at the shoes putting but they don’t allow. And come to talk to me that must be the water outside. But outside no have place to put the water. And we need to go out and come back room. The attitude of staff very rude and unwelcome us The first time and the last time I come here.

The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.

돌아오는날 새벽 비행기라 기존리조트 퇴실하고 공항가까운 숙소 찾다가 예약하고 쉬다가 공항으로 갔는데 시설 깔끔하고 바다뷰이고 나름 괜찮았어요

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

친구에서 막 건조기나온 냄새나는 것같이 뽀송했어요 진짜 먹을거 싸들고 오면 가격대비 있을만 함 베란다도 너무 깨끗했고 이 넓은 부지 나만 쓰는게 아깝다 생각 들정도로 너무 커서 아무도 안마주침 도착해서 하루 자면서 업무만 봤는데 뷰가 너무 좋아서 빡침도 없었음!!!

Lần đầu nghỉ dưỡng ở chỗ này, thủ tục check in hơi lâu nhưng mọi thứ còn lại đều ok, phòng ok, vệ sinh ok, nhân viên cũng dễ thương nốt hehe. Đặc biệt gửi lời cảm ơn tới chị Nguyên Hương, chưa biết chính xác ở bộ phận nào, chỉ biết chị tư vấn rất tốt và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, chỉ dẫn chu đáo đầy đủ. Khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm
