This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to! When booking a room, they provide a lot of good privileges: transfers, hot springs, a VIP line, tickets to Dasitayhe! Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

舊中式酒店🏨包自助早餐 主要是做旅行團生意的 酒店比較舊 房間很多 規模大 房間尺吋也比一般的大 位置非常近北部集散中心 能走過去 在一車難求的長白山是優點 位於主街的末端 從雲頂市集走回來 也不過是15-20分鐘左右 樓下有食店也有小賣部 很是方便 衛生過得去 床舖是乾淨的 床很舒適 但是酒店有一定歷史 設施真的比較陳舊 入住2晚中央暖氣無法開啟 服務人員說因為入住人數太多導致失靈 但房間附有暖爐可以使用 不太影響住宿體驗 酒店附送自助早餐 不過不失 就是中式酒店的早餐 但服務人員很好👍🏻 早餐呀姨臨收早餐會詢問是否還需要添加早餐 櫃檯工作人員有幫忙叫車 成功叫到跳錶計程車🚕司機大哥人也好  但是這個價錢我相信還是有更多的選擇☺️

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

Environment of this resort was so good, many facilities in there.. spa, sauna, outdoor hot spring, indoor playground and more, can spend one whole day in this resort.. variety breakfast selection in this resort and the view from room just nice.. inside the room have big bathtub also..just the resort location is abit far from the town area and train station..not so convenient if not self driving..

Rasanya tiba-tiba pergi jjimjilbang di Korea Perjalanan air panas membawa saya ke dua negara yang berbeza, haha!! Perkhidmatan: Apabila anda pergi ke meja depan untuk pergi melalui formaliti: Cepat dan cantik Malangnya, kakitangan agak mekanikal dan tidak mempunyai banyak senyuman Tambahan pula kami kentang lemak selatan yang tidak tahu bahasa Mandarin dengan baik masa yang sukar. Jika saya ingin menunjukkan kawasan untuk penambahbaikan, saya berharap bahawa kakitangan akan datang akan Bersabar, lebih senyum dan bersikap baik, dan ia akan menjadi lebih baik di China layanan mesra dapat ditingkatkan, lebih ramai warga asing pasti akan tertarik ke Gunung Changbai pada masa hadapan. Salah seorang kakitangan yang ingin saya namakan dan puji ialah Xiao Chi Dia sangat prihatin untuk membantu kami dan akan memenuhi permintaan kami walaupun selepas keluar dari kerja.

可能是因為沒有萬達火爆，魯能這邊感覺更加花心思，小而美。住了三晚，過了除夕，春節活動安排很專業用心，煙火表演很精彩，打鐵花相當震撼。贈送的很多活動權益都沒有用完，喜歡雪圈和UTV。雪場很適合新手，密度合理，小朋友過癮極了。郝力克酒店説實話有點意外驚喜，春節期間算性價比很不錯了。房型設施合理，衞生細節在線。升級了一個套房，一家老小除夕夜聚在客廳裏看春晚，其樂融融。特別表揚一下服務人員，前台楊樂mm從入住前就在幫忙協調溝通，還有一位姓馬的男生也很給力，問題處理及時又妥當。總之此行很滿意，以後有滑雪計劃還會考慮再來。

The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts. Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately. The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price. The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?) and the Chinese pancake are also very good. The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good. Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on. Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

โรงแรมแช่น้ำร้อนที่ต้องมาลองสักครั้งในชีวิต สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในที่แช่น้ำร้อนดีมาก มีครบทุกอย่าง เอาตัวมากับชุดว่ายน้ำเท่านั้น นอกนั้นมีบริการครบ บ่อแช่นำ้ร้อนมีหลายบ่อ ทั้งในindoorและoutdoor การตกแต่งบ่อแช่น้ำร้อนสวยงามและมีน้ำแร่หลากหลายชนิด มีบ่อที่ใช้น้ำนวดร่างกาย ใช้น้ำบำบัดแก้อาการปวดเมื่อย แช่น้ำร้อนเสร็จขึ้นไปกินปิ้งย่าง อร่อยมาก มีน้ำจิ้มหลากหลาย แล้วยังมีให้ใส่ชุดเกาหลีไปถ่ายรูปในหมู่บ้านเกาหลี

酒店距離中心街區2公里左右，出行不是太方便，有時候酒店會有車幫忙接送，如果司機都不在的時候打車比較麻煩。床單被罩很乾凈，床比較寬敞帶孩子住也可以。工作人員服務態度特別好，有求必應。酒店硬件沒什麼問題，軟件還有提高的空間。插電孔有USB接口，電動窗簾，天貓精靈等。不好的地方，兩個床只有一個牀頭櫃，放手機什麼的不方便，房間比較小，冬天儲物空間非常不足，對比之前的酒店沒有沙發或者電視櫃等能放物品的地方，行李裏的東西衹能放在行李箱裏放在地上。毛巾有點舊，其中一側床頭插座衹能開燈，沒法關燈，夜晚起來不方便。枕頭比較高，建議增加低一點的枕頭。房間很熱，注意補水

Delicious korean hotplate and BBQ restaurants nearby in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious too. We got a room on the top floor and the room was a bit cold during winter. Hotel receptionist was helpful for travel information.

Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

酒店距離中心街區2公里左右，出行不是太方便，有時候酒店會有車幫忙接送，如果司機都不在的時候打車比較麻煩。床單被罩很乾凈，床比較寬敞帶孩子住也可以。工作人員服務態度特別好，有求必應。酒店硬件沒什麼問題，軟件還有提高的空間。插電孔有USB接口，電動窗簾，天貓精靈等。不好的地方，兩個床只有一個牀頭櫃，放手機什麼的不方便，房間比較小，冬天儲物空間非常不足，對比之前的酒店沒有沙發或者電視櫃等能放物品的地方，行李裏的東西衹能放在行李箱裏放在地上。毛巾有點舊，其中一側床頭插座衹能開燈，沒法關燈，夜晚起來不方便。枕頭比較高，建議增加低一點的枕頭。房間很熱，注意補水

Delicious korean hotplate and BBQ restaurants nearby in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious too. We got a room on the top floor and the room was a bit cold during winter. Hotel receptionist was helpful for travel information.

酒店房間寬敞整潔衛生，設施很齊全也保養得很好，衛浴水壓足，溫度暖。另設有洗衣房，健身室，也很滿意。 酒店頂樓設有戶外溫泉，晚間開放，吹著冷風，泡著暖湯，別有一番滋味。 最值得一讚是前台兩位小姐姐，親切殷勤，熱情周到，不僅贈送了兩天的早餐，當我們遇到困難時，也主動幫忙，亦細心解問旅遊資訊的查詢和轉介旅遊管家，讓我們省卻了不少煩惱。 酒店位置很好，附近也有不少好吃的餐廳，樓下也設有便利店和超市,非常便利。

Great experience! Hot springs facilities, food, hotel rooms are all excellent. The hotel specialist offered us helpful guidance and information to explore the local area and activities. Definitely recommend it!

Environment of this resort was so good, many facilities in there.. spa, sauna, outdoor hot spring, indoor playground and more, can spend one whole day in this resort.. variety breakfast selection in this resort and the view from room just nice.. inside the room have big bathtub also..just the resort location is abit far from the town area and train station..not so convenient if not self driving..

可能是因為沒有萬達火爆，魯能這邊感覺更加花心思，小而美。住了三晚，過了除夕，春節活動安排很專業用心，煙火表演很精彩，打鐵花相當震撼。贈送的很多活動權益都沒有用完，喜歡雪圈和UTV。雪場很適合新手，密度合理，小朋友過癮極了。郝力克酒店説實話有點意外驚喜，春節期間算性價比很不錯了。房型設施合理，衞生細節在線。升級了一個套房，一家老小除夕夜聚在客廳裏看春晚，其樂融融。特別表揚一下服務人員，前台楊樂mm從入住前就在幫忙協調溝通，還有一位姓馬的男生也很給力，問題處理及時又妥當。總之此行很滿意，以後有滑雪計劃還會考慮再來。

The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts. Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately. The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price. The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?) and the Chinese pancake are also very good. The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good. Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on. Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in the North-Eastern part of China. Room is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for families. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is generous. Surrounded by international cuisines and just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Love that the room came with hot spring bathtub!

這次四天三晚的體驗超棒！酒店管家禮賓部小陳、關峯經理、小邢經理太貼心了，辦理入住時不僅幫忙升級房型，還詳細介紹周邊美食和景點。入住期間幫忙預訂餐廳、安排車輛，我離店不小心落下小朋友的羽絨服他第一時間聯繫我並安排找回並送到機場，服務又快又好！ 入住期間的小插曲也愉快高效的解決了：1、雪具租借歸還遇到問題，他們不管多晚都幫我超高效溝通，甚至深夜裡還幫我調取監控，最終找到雪具。2、姐姐的牙套遺忘在餐廳餐桌上，服務員收拾餐桌時與其他垃圾一起倒進垃圾桶，餐廳經理幫我們在大垃圾桶裏翻找，最終找到牙套。以上的種種都讓我們非常感動，太謝謝你們了！真正的超五星服務！

這是我還想再來第二次的酒店！這個酒店比起另一個二道白河的酒店更新，設施更好。裏面的工作人員非常熱情周到！前台的小姐姐金慧還幫我們規劃遊玩行程！規劃的行程超級豐富！而且價格也便宜實惠，讓我們體驗了好多項目，長白山漂流，馬拉爬犁，雪地摩託！好充實呀！而且酒店裡還有小矮馬和鹿可以喂！超棒！還有Amy姐也超級熱心，我們想去拍小鹿和小馬，Amy姐還幫我們切胡蘿蔔（我們一天去餵了三次）每次Amy姐都幫忙切好胡蘿蔔，給我們介紹小鹿小馬的習性和小故事！超級熱情！
