We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。

I really enjoy my experience here! 🌻 My room was neat, elegant and very comfortable. The Hot spring was clean, spacious and colorful! I could find dry towels everywhere. And also nice people very open to help. Аутентичный, с интересной архитектурой, прекрасным дизайном комнат и великолепным сервисом. Горячий бассейн вечером это вообще отдельная тема. Прекрасный завтрак, доступ к хорошему кофе в течении всего дня, возможность погулять вокруг отеля , посмотреть на милые домики, где находятся магазины и кафе....Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно рекомендуем к посещению.

Room was clean and location was superb! Definitely recommend to stay if you’re planning to go around the town, have some bites and try the Baihe bus. Their hot spring is a definite must-do activity here. Breakfast is alright. Tip: visit the super local supermarkets along the same street for the same local goods at low prices!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel's hot spring was especially enjoyable during winter and was a great way to unwind after a long day. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and professional, making our stay smooth and pleasant. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful early-morning transport arrangement to the train station. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
