Good hotel, poor restaurant and impolite staff. The room looks nice and clean. We reserved a double bed for an extra price as a room with two single beds was 10 euro cheaper. At the reception, they told us that a double bed is only 1.50m width.... so we choose then go for 2 single beds, but they would not reduce the 10 euro from the price as we had booked already via credit card. The restaurant has a daily menu that we needed to scan via a QR code. We ordered from the daily menu. I ordered the first main dish on the menu card and I got the wrong dish. I ordered fish and I got pork. When telling this to the waiter, his answer was “this is the way we serve it in Spain, maybe it is different in your country “ . He showed us the menu and seems that the menu he had was different then from the hotel webpage that we scanned via the QR code he gave us. After a long discussion they realize their mistake and gave me my fish. My wife got a main dish which was so salty that she could not eat it. I tasted it and it was disgusting. When saying this to the waiter. He did not react. So very poor service and very unprofessional staff. So if you want only to sleep, then the rooms are great for the price. If you also want to use the restaurant then it is better to find another hotel in the neighborhood of Salamanca.

Fuimos a pasar sólo una noche y nos sorprendió muy gratamente! El personal muy amable, parking exterior gratuito. Nos dieron una habitación muy grande (supongo que una suite) ¡Gracias! con bañera de hidromasaje (aunque por más que leímos las instrucciones aquello no funcionaba, Hab 101). Cama de matrimonio super cómoda y desde la ventana se veía la catedral. El desayuno buffet normalito pero más que suficiente (no entiendo a la gente que pretende que un desayuno buffet sea una ofrenda de un marajá... ) Para nosotros una estancia de 10.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe zahlreicher Läden und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die eher kleinen Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Bad hat eine Wanne. Klimaanlage nicht regelbar (no tocar). Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, die Nachbarn aber ruhig. Die Rezeption schloss ungewöhnlicherweise nachmittags um 5 Uhr. Die Bar war ständig geschlossen. Die vier Sterne sind daher nicht berechtigt. Das mit € 6,50 günstige Frühstück war recht einfach. Warmspeisen oder normales Brot gab es nicht, Milch und Butter suchte ich vergebens. Der Kaffeevollautomat verwendete Bohnen . Preis meist günstig.
