This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.

Size of hotel room is big, breakfast is great with lots of different choices. Delicious local restaurants arr also nearby. A very good place worthy for staying when visiting Can Tho city.

Khách sạn rất phù hợp cho chuyến đi gia đình, phòng rộng và sạch sẽ, ăn sáng rất ngon, bể bơi sạch. Khách sạn gần chợ, trung tâm giải trí và nhà hàng.

Khách sạn thiết kế rất hiện đại màu sắc trẻ trung, ko gian thoải mái có các trò chơi ở khu sảnh, nhân viên thì nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Đặc biệt là các bn nhân viên ở đây rất niềm nở như Trinh, Tường, Vân hỗ trợ rất là nhiệt tình ^^. Dự định là sẽ có chuyến công tác ở Cần Thơ và sẽ ở tại khách sạn SOJO nữa!!!

Very nice hotel close to the beach, with always clean and nice room with seawiev, nice pool in the garden. There is also really good breakfast at hotel restaurant with wide choice of different foods including local fruits, really very kind staff everywhere you come. Special thanks to Ms. Thuán, she was so kind during breakfast time, Thank you😊!

Khách sạn lớn, khá mới, thiết kế phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, ăn sáng thực đơn tương đối phong phú và ngon. Nằm ngay bờ sông nên mát mẻ. Giá cả hợp lý. Cả cụm còn có nhà hàng với sức chứa lớn, quán cà phê và các dịch vụ cho khách.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Mauvaise expérience… cet hôtel affiche 3 étoiles mais n’en vaut même pas une. Mise à part sa position centrale en ville, l’établissement cumule les défauts, essentiellement liés à un laisser aller total du management : chambres sales, mégots écrasés à même le sol sur la terrasse, rideaux cassés, poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain, literie inconfortable, … Comme nous avions plusieurs chambres, j’ai pu constater que nos soucis ne relevaient pas de l’exception malheureusement. Si j’ajoute un ascenseur en panne, un petit déjeuner froid (pour des plats supposés chauds) et un personnel désagréable (chose peu courante au Vietnam), je ne peux que vous recommander de trouver un autre point de chute à Can Tho!

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Super Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist gleichzeitig ein kleines Café. Man kann unmittelbar vorm Eingang an den kleinen Tischen sitzen und den Trubel beobachten. Bei den Betten handelt es sich um Hochbetten. Erstmal kein Problem, aber wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht die ganze Nacht laufen haben will wird es sehr sehr warm.. nicht weiter schlimm, aber sollte man wissen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden!
