For the price..Spacious rooms, prime location.. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean.. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price.. Did not interact much with the staff.. so cannot comment. Enjoyed the stay for the price… will come back again as the location was 👌

Fantastic little rooms that are central to everything, great customer service, and the rooms are full of all the amenities that you would need. I would recommend it to everyone and certainly stay here again. Especially visiting during autumn is recommended as the city is so beautiful this time of year and with the views from the windows it make it so much better.

We had a great days in CROWNE PLAZA in Canberra. The room was clean and tidy.The staff was friendly. Especially at breakfast in the morning,One of the staff, ARYAMAN,happy a kind and friendly staff,Especially his happy smile,Made us for a lot of happy mornings. Good areas closed by to shopping mall and walking distance to cafe and restaurants. Require a short drive to see the old and new Parliament House and Questacon and the National Art Gallery. It was a good stay but the pillows bit too soft.

The service was great. The hotel is also easy to find. The location is very good. I requested a high floor room and was arranged for a 19th floor. The view is beautiful, you can see the Parliament House across the river. The sheet and quilt were not very clean. The facilities are a little bit old.

Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

Accommodation was showing signs of wear and tear. Rubbish was not emptied. Repairs not effected in the room. Supplied bathroom plug did not fix sink or bathtub. Location in a lovely garden setting was perfect and parking out front of the hotel was easy and convenient. Very quiet at night. Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not. The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka.
