Hotel terbaik di Canberra

The service was great. The hotel is also easy to find. The location is very good. I requested a high floor room and was arranged for a 19th floor. The view is beautiful, you can see the Parliament House across the river. The sheet and quilt were not very clean. The facilities are a little bit old.

Friendly staff and good location close to Alinga Street (light rail stop with ticket vending machine) and shopping area. Very quick and easy check-in and spacious suite.

Bilik itu sangat kecil yang akan menjadikan bilik standard kecil yang anda tidak mahu tinggal lebih daripada satu malam. Tiada kipas pengekstrak di dalam bilik mandi, & tingkap tidak membuka tiada pengering rambut di dalam bilik yang saya dapati kemudian ada berkongsi??? Nasib baik saya bawa sendiri. Tiada botol air percuma tiada buku dengan maklumat tentang Canberra jika ini lawatan pertama saya ke Canberra, saya pasti kecewa. Tiada masa daftar keluar diberikan semasa daftar masuk tiada menjelaskan sarapan pagi jika anda mahu. Sangat mahal untuk apa yang anda dapat berbanding dengan hotel lain di Canberra

Impressive interior design! A good and standout option vs normal ‘hotel’. Lighting inside the room as well as sound proof from corridor could be improved.

Good location. Little bit complicated instructions for getting a key. Initially I thought it was service apartment so that I need to check in at the reception or something. But It was AirBNB. You should help them to clean the house before you leave. Overall, it was good stay.

Fantastic little rooms that are central to everything, great customer service, and the rooms are full of all the amenities that you would need. I would recommend it to everyone and certainly stay here again. Especially visiting during autumn is recommended as the city is so beautiful this time of year and with the views from the windows it make it so much better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment. Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged. Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Good hotel, good location, large room. Parking can be a problem. Limited on-site parking with persistent parking gate problems.
