Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

自助餐的東西比較新鮮。海灘貌似不歸酒店管，沙灘上都要額外收費，最好就躲在酒店裡。沙灘上的水上活動會被強制要求20美金小費，6張照片60美金，是個韓國人🤏收費，跟他説自己是中國人他就不強迫了。
設施：很舒適🤤WiFi全覆蓋
衞生：很乾凈，有個小哥哥每天來打掃
環境：很乾凈，可以跟酒店服務員無限要毯子
服務：基本上衹要你想要的都有🤤

First I would like to say it was a very enjoyable trip this is a family oriented place so if you are looking to party till 2am not the place for you but if you are ready to enjoy a show till 10pm then yes this is for you. They do also play music and games around the pool. there are 3 options for eating and all are good but decently a high light for use was the restaurant by the pool outside. We enjoyed the ocean front on level 3 and was a great spot for me watching the water from our balcony.. The room was great house keeping service would provide coffee and water as well as drinks for the fridge no extra cost every day change of towels very nice and always a smile. the hotel. next store play loud music till 2 am but if you close the door you really don't notice it. if you sit on the balcony you can hear it though which was fine for me as I did enjoy that. Tips no butter go get you own at the go mart down the street and take to breakfast and for those that like sausage and bacon they do not serve that either but they have omellets eggs anyway you like and if you like pancakes waffles and French toast that is daily along with fresh fresh and salads something for everyone and some Mexican options as well. They do know how to cook tender meat so that was done nice. there is food till 10 pm plus room service for those who prefer that lots of options for booze unlimited but we don't really drink so was not really a focus for use the inside bar and room service open till 12 am.
