Hotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money.

The room was large and clean. Breakfast was good, but expensive. Staff was friendly. Comfortable beach.

It was really nice hotel. But we went with cheaper rate, so the room doesn't have ocean view, facing the road. you could hear the cars/buses running over night. Otherwise, very good economical hotel. Try to avoid the road facing road.

My cousin held there wedding in Cancun, so I booked a room here just for that. Place was very nice and staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean as well.

It was a nice place we only spent 1 night here but they are directly on the beach

very bad customer service from Mr. Cruz - they do not have any customer service skills and even if you have a child listed on your reservation they will charge you an extra fee for every child already listed on your online reservation. They are just trying to make extra money and when you show them the proof that the child is already listed on your reservation they stated they do not work with this company (trip.com) and that they only accept the reservation it if was done with the third party company they hire. He stated Trip.com was higher by the third company and they do not accept their reservations and it was their mistake for not showing the child in their system and an additional fee had to be paid. Mr. Cruz and other staff members were going over every reservation we had to see how they could get us and charge us fees and they would not even try to resolve this issue and asked us to pay the fee or they would cancel and to go and find another hotel and to request a refund from Trip.com very bad staff service and do not recommend to stay there if you have minors with you because you will be asked to pay about $65 a night per minor per day! Totally a rip off they know you will pay it since you are already there! We had confirmed our stay couple weeks earlier and they had confirmed occupants and nights of the stay but suddenly they did not had any of that information!

Overall staff was very good especially the spa cleaning and reception staff was fantastic I am giving a score overall 8/10 just if they provide a halah food restaurant it will be very good.I recommended it to friends and family visitors

Tô enter our room, You had to go to a corridor with no windows. Everyone someone got in the corridor, it was extremely loud. We could hear sounds from cars driving in front of our balcony, neighbors coming on. One night I woke up with the phone ringing in the room next door. In addition, the furniture was old and the bed extremely uncomfortable. It had a weird smell. I barely slept the three nights we stayed there. after two busy days we addressed the issue to the front desk and they told us it was too late to change rooms and that we needed to come by before mid day. That was hard for us considering that we had pre-scheduled activities leaving in the morning. Besides that, the outdoor facilities all look nice. If it wasn’t the lack of sound proof walls and how uncomfortable the bed was, I would considered returning.

Perfect place. The guys at the restaurants were super friendly. Great food as well!

The check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations… 1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it. 2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)… 3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights… Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

It is located in the hotel zone so it’ll be pretty safe to stay in. Very friendly staff and room cleaners. The beach area of the hotel is very nice! There is a subway, few taco resturant and a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient.

very nice resort, lots of green, well mantained, great breakfast, regular cleaning and maitenance, superb beach, cleaned regularly.

Highly recommended! Very Nice place to stay and enjoy the beach with family or even alone!!!
