Nice hotel. Please be careful with all possessions as they have a propensity to disappear given the current staffing rationale.

This hotel is very quaint. We got to the hotel exactly at the check in time and the check in procedure went smoothly however the room we were assigned wasn’t ready. There were no towels, no shower curtain or basic bathroom amenities and one of the beds wasn’t ready either. After complaining we got assigned a new room and it was better. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud but other than that the room was comfortable. After the initial mishap everything else went smoothly. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu but the staff were friendly and attentive.

This is an older hotel in the town of Cancún. The location means you have to take a taxi whenever you need to go someplace. The hotel is clean. Lacks amenities like a coffee pot in the room, hairdryer, ironing board, etc. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and will help you out as you need them. The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. you need to make your stay in Cancún a good one. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is basic but very tasty and well prepared. As mentioned earlier, the hotel is an older hotel, and the rooms, furnishing, and AC show that it needs updating. There is a small swimming pool on site. It is a quiet hotel and normally very inexpensive if that is what you are looking for.

A grandes rasgos, es un lugar humilde, pero funcional. La alberca estaba bastante descuidada. Están en obras por lo que el descanso entre las 07:00 y las 17:00 se hace complicado. Al menos viene avisado en carteles cerca del ascensor. La habitación bien, confortable, aunque se ve viejito, es cómodo y las camas están genial. La ubicación es estupenda, súper cerca de la Nader. Eché de menos un poco de atención más amable y el mantenimiento en la alberca ya que estaba llena de hojas de los árboles (punto a favor, aunque sea chiquita, se hace bonita). Calidad-precio no está mal, recomendado pero no para grandes estancias.

Ужасный отель. Никому не советую. Мебель старая, двери это вообще смех, просто для вида. В номере слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре. Будто бы двери нет. Запах в ванной. Кондиционер работает только на одной мощности, не регулируется вообще, спать с включенным кондиционером невозможно, он очень шумит. Сейф не работает. Холодильника в номере нет. Одна розетка на всю комнату и та у телевизора. У кровати нет ни одной розетки. Телевизор старый, нет smartTv. Пол за 10 дней ни разу не мыли, ручка моей сумки на фото, вся в пыли. Пыль не протирали, все поверхности пыльные (телефон на тумбочке на фото видно). Никогда больше сюда не приедем. Цена за номер очень сильно завышена.
