Hotel berhampiran Tortillería Doña Soco, Cancun

Our flight was cancelled.. CUN＞JFK.. 24hrs later. This hotel was so accommodating. Although there was a lot of confusion and as chaotic as it was, we still received kind & courteous service. Our party of 4 was given 2 adjoining rooms. Given the situation… We felt safe & comfortable. We highly recommend the outdoor Taco spot around the corner… can’t miss it - Al Pastor tacos right in front - get the Arrachera (steak) Tacos with cheese - super delicious!! The next day, staff.. especially Mateo - was incredibly helpful & informative! He made sure we were well taken cared of!! Mateo was muy excellenté! Muchas gracias con todo!

It’s good hostel to stay for some days. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Great place for solo travellers. Or if you will just be coming back to hotel to sleep and shower. Fresh hot breakfast made for you in the morning. Would recommend for sure. Not too expensive given that it’s in cancun tourist area.

Kerana wabak AS, terdapat kurang dari sepuluh orang tetamu di resort ini, jadi tempat itu kosong, dan sebuah restoran dibuka. Terdapat pasar raya di hotel, buka dari hari Isnin hingga Sabtu, anda boleh membeli beberapa barang keperluan. Ini kerana restoran hotel sendiri sangat miskin, jadi perlu menyewa kereta untuk pergi ke luar restoran untuk membeli dan makan kembali ke hotel, hotel ini dilengkapi dengan perkhidmatan penyewaan kereta, sewa kereta insurans 46 dolar sehari. Restoran di luar hotel sangat murah untuk dimakan. Pada dasarnya, berharga US $ 100 untuk membeli makanan yang mencukupi selama 3 hari dan membawanya kembali ke hotel. Bercakap mengenai kelebihan. Sangat tenang, suite dengan pemandangan laut mempunyai segalanya, microwave, dapur, peti sejuk, pinggan mangkuk, mesin basuh, sangat sesuai untuk kehidupan keluarga. Tempat tidurnya sangat besar dan sangat selesa, sangat selesa! Juga, hotel ini sangat bersih. Lokasi hotel tidak berada di daerah 7, jadi harganya sangat menjimatkan.

Little bit boring hotel for families but location is amazing , beautiful sea view from hotel and rooms..... is a hotel for repeat in future travel

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.
