這是一家很老舊的酒店，酒店環境衞生很糟糕，而且價格沒有一個標準網上訂跟線下訂價格差了快一倍，房間沒有熱水還一個房間收70美元真的是太垃圾了

距離坎昆ADO中央車站比較近，走路8分鐘左右，適合坐大巴到奇琴伊察一日遊的。機場到車站120比索，車站坐orento的大巴245直達奇琴伊察大門口。奇琴伊察門票很貴614比索。旅館各方麪條件都很差，很潮，沒有冰箱微波爐，行李箱沒地方放，水很小，感覺回到90年代來憶苦思甜了。後來住了宜必思，比這個條件好多了。

We didn't stay the night. Our a/c was non functional, room smelled of sewage and bed sheets were full of stains. Our other famiily members' room smelled like an astray. It was horrible. We checked right out. Went to another hotel and paid the same price. Thankfully, we got a refund, we appreciate the receptionist for that.

I stayed here one night as I had a long layover in Cancun and wanted something close to the ADO bus station. The hotel rooms could really use a refresh, but there was nothing terrible about them. They were clean enough, however I did find toiletries left over by previous guests; made me wonder about the housekeeping. The pool was very welcoming and a blessing in the heat. And speaking of heat, the AC in my room was old and loud like a jet engine (light sleepers beware!). I really have to tip my hat to the front desk staff. I had some issues with the new digital arrival forms (do yourself a favour at Mexico customs and go the old fashion way; talking to the guy in the box. The new face scanning system is a monumental pain in the ****!), and the lady working the desk moved mountains to help me (with my limited Spanish and her non-existent English). I can say enough good things about her, as she went above and beyond to help me. I wish I got her name, so I can give her proper credit in this review. All in all, an okay hotel.

Le falta limpieza en el área de albercas, lo demás es pasable, los controles del aire no servían y las toallas ya en muy mal estado, la ubicación es muy buena y el hotel es muy tranquilo si volvería pero tomen. En cuenta las opiniones

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, dans son jus (pas rénovation moderne), mais c était calme et malgré une chambre côté rue nous avons bien dormi. Matelas un peu mou… Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas prendre le petit déjeuner. Nous l avons pris dans un hôtel à proximité (50m) à 220 pesos par adulte et 150 p par enfant : cher et pas terrible !

Siamo 3 ragazze e abbiamo riservato una notte presso questa struttura per il 17-18 dicembre, saremmo arrivate a Cancun il 15, ma dal 15 al 17 saremmo state a Valladolid; circa due settimane prima abbiamo inviato un messaggio alla struttura chiedendo se fosse possibile lasciare le valige dal 15 al 17 presso la struttura nonostante la nostra riserva fosse per il 17-18, la struttura ci ha risposto dicendo che hanno uno spazio ridotto per le valige, ma se fosse stato possibile in termini di spazio, avremmo potuto tranquilamente lasciare le valige. il 15, come già menzionato, siamo arrivate presso la struttura e abbiamo chiesto se sarebbe stato possibile lasciare le nostre cose e ci hanno risposto in modo super scortese dicendoci che non avevano questo servizio, quando noi sapevamo che chiaramente non era la verità perche appunto già avevamo comunicato con la struttura, fatto presente ciò ed evidenziato il fatto che in caso avremmo anche potuto pagare per il servizio il receptionist ha cambiato improvisamente versione dicendoci che avremmo potuto lasciare le valige li pagando 400 pesos per due giorni! circa 40 euro per due valige veramente piccole (il bagaglio a mano che puoi portare sull'aereo)! Di conseguenza albiamo chiesto spiegazioni sul fatto che nessuno ci avesse menzionato un prezzo cosi alto e ho mostrato il messaggio che proprio non citava minimamente un eventuale pagamento, si sono presi gioco di noi dicendo che il messaggio è inviato automaticamente dal computer (quando non è chiaramente cosi). il servizio è stato pessimo, le persone che lavorano presso la struttura sono estremamente scortesi, la camera dell'hotel è pessima, il condizionatore non funziona, la doccia non ha un contenitore per l'acqua e di conseguenza si allaga tutto il bagno e se una persona vuole fare una doccia un po lunga e lavarsi i capelli si allaga tutta la camera poichè l'acqua fuoriesce dal bagno! tutto terribile, a partire dalla reception! estremamente scortesi.

Contrataron un excelente fotógrafo, puesto que las habitaciones son deplorables. Pésimo olor a mugre en las habitaciones en dónde además se escucha todo, muy malas instalaciones. SUCIO, lo único bueno es que es céntrico. Hay mucho mejores opciones casi en el mismo precio.
