Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

We stayed in a 5 person room and got only one small shampoo. Also, only 2 pillows and a blanket were provided for the people sleeping on the pull out couch, no sheets were provided.

We had a great stay at Chateau Canmore. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were very helpful when we had questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was breath taking. We were so happy we chose to stay in Canmore where it is less busy and a more relaxed environment.

We were three adults staying in the room. We had the Premium Suite and it was great! The room feels very spacious with a table and chairs, a seating area with sofa and two chairs, and a loft bedroom. The ceilings are high and the large window with mountain views makes the room feel bright and very much like you are in the Rockies!

Good stay, but don’t book for the pool as we did. Since we had 2 small kids, wanted a place with pool to get them tired before going to bed. Kids were super excited, but the pool was super cold. We just couldn’t get the kids in. The outdoor hot tub would’ve been nice, if it wasn’t for the cold wind.
Other than that it was a good place. Large enough room and quiet.

Great hotel. Just outside of the main Canmore shopping/restaurant area. Staff were excellent. Our room had 2 queen beds in a room with a fireplace and a second living room with a pullout couch. Great for our family of four. Great coffee in room. Or in the lobby. Outside hottub, indoor pool and sauna, fitness area but I'm gonna be honest I wasn't doing any working out. Would definitely stay here again next tim im in Alberta.
