Great place, super friendly staff, grat location for Sea Point, clean and good firm bed. Well worth the price.

Buena zona, justo al lado de una calle comercial, aunque por la noche no nos sentimos del todo seguros paseando por allí. La habitación enorme, bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario. El personal 10/10. Muy recomendable!

Расположение очень удобное и на этом, наверное, всё. Мы были в холодный весенний ветренный период (хотя порывистые ветра, скорее всего, весьма частая вещь в этом регионе) и не спали от ощущения ужаса и страха из-за жутко стучащих от ветра ставней. Фильм ужасов, не иначе. Необходимо заменить двери балконов, особенно учитывая, что это огромные панорамные двери на более современные. Холод и стук очень помешал хорошо выспаться и испортил впечатление. Так же, из-за них сквозняк и холод. Не работало отопление: пришлось включить кондиционер на тепло. Уборка нормальная. Номер уставший, мебель с пятнами и где-то покрашена сверху краской, но это было приемлемо.

以前覺得這家酒店還好，所以又訂了兩晚，再次入住發現問題了。一是遇到晚上颳風下雨，隔離差，風雨噪音太吵，陽台玻璃門被風吹得咔咔響，房門也被風吹得咣咣響，一兩秒響一次，此起彼伏，交響樂一般，晚上幾乎無眠，難怪價格比別人低一些。二是服務問題又出現了，什麼問題找前台都沒用，住了這麼多天，最後一天想吃了午飯12點退房，但前台答覆堅決不行，前台沒有權，做不了什麼事，讓前台請示經理也不行。

房間大，免費停車，帶廚房，有電爐灶，微波爐，冰箱，查了很多家酒店，感覺這家在seapoint周邊性價比最高了。

While the amenities and room were exceptional, we had a few issues with being charged extra for my son. These were frustrating but resolved satisfactorily by management soon after our stay. The room was very spacious, with a full kitchen. Perfect place for a family or long term stay. The included breakfast was hearty and delicious. Watch put for thieving birds stealing your bacon :) free and safe onsite parking

We stayed nearly 6 weeks in rm 428 a loft at the back overlooking the President Hotel. Location: At the base of Regent Rd, restaurants, shops, main bus route plus hop on hop off bus stop in front of hotel. Sea down the road. Grocers. Checkers, Spar, Woolworths. Size: Sitting room, bedroom, two bathrooms. Bathroom Good shower, hot water, pressure Noise: Quiet. Cleanliness. Brilliant. Facilities: AC, good kitchen equipment, fridge, no washing machine. Swimming pool. Tiny, but large pool not far. Laundry. Just across the road 130 rand for 5kg Storage. More than ample. TV. Bit eccentric, but Netflix access included. Broadband. Width OK for email, but not consistent streaming. Breakfast: Competent, fruit, cooked, Snack menu. Limited, but competent (stops midday) Bar. Good options, superb barman Staff. Friendly. Load shedding. Back up generator. Information pack in room would be useful. Would we stay again? YES.

The hotel was adequate and cleaned well, with friendly staff who were always happy to help when asked. However, the rooms and infrastructure were dated, with the bathrooms in particular, in need of upgrading to ensure there was regular hot water, sinks that drained and 2nd fit plumbing items that fitted correctly.

We stayed for 3 nights when visiting Cape Town. Hotel and rooms very well presented and clean. A breakfast is available with excellent selection of cold buffet or cooked options. Nice location in Seapoint with coastal walk close by. Numerous restaurants within 5/10 mins. walk. ( Probably reason hotel does not operate a restaurant). Reception staff vey helpful in arranging Uber etc. transport to Cape Town and other local destinations all at very reasonable cost.

Lovely hotel. Very spacious suites with great views and good amenities. Staff outstanding; Thandi, in particular, paid special attention to our needs in the restaurant and bar and was extremely pleasant. Food service at pool a little slow but quality of food good. Pool very private and good ambience. We had two rooms: 540 top floor beautiful sea view. 427 lower floor and view of adjacent hotel and partial sea view. Rooms need a little attention: no bottle opener, double adaptor or wine glasses when we arrived. Balcony doors don’t close properly but not a real problem for us as we had great sunny weather and little wind. Central location - great walkability and good neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars and close proximity to the promenade for a morning run, evening walk or swim in the two nearby tidal pools.

We were a mature mother and daughter travelling together and this was our 1st time to this hotel. It soon became a firm favourite and will be top of our list for future CT/Seapoint holidays. The good location was a given, but the hospitality, warmth and assistance from the entire team took the holiday to another level. We spent 10 nights there - and loved the spacious and light room. Having both a bath and a shower was a bonus. (Please put in a rain shower/head one day.) And the kitchenette was so well outfitted for self catering. With quality / matching crockery / cutlery. Not a case of 'hit and miss' which you often find in hotels. We had the breakfast inclusive option and the fruit and egg choices were 10/10. As was the service here too. In fact, consider having breakfst there even if it isnt part f your package - it will be worth it. We spent most of our days at the pool - intentionally - and enjoyed the bar and food service (soon to be inhouse) the hotel offered there. We even hosted visitors in the courtyard by the pool one day. To the Bantry Suites / Totalstay team - our thanks for a super stay.

Exceptional service and great place that we had peace of mind and a world i would love to experience again. I had a peace of mind in the place with staff all on standby and got more than what we pay for.

We truly enjoyed our stay me and my partner at the hotel. The staff was amazing. Rooms were so clean and breakfast was remarkerble. My partner was more excited about the parking space it was convinient for us. I would recommend for other couples to visit the hotel.
