Mais uma vez foi uma experiência fantástica. A D. Cassandra é incansável na preparação dos quartos, não descurando o mais pequeno pormenor. Excelentes condições, tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Pequeno almoço qb. Sala de jacuzzi muito boa tornando a estadia mais acolhedora.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, mais ça s'arrête là pour les compliments. On a fait beaucoup d'hôtels mais des lits durs comme ça, c'est très rare, et l'oreiller est vraiment riquiqui... Odeurs de salle de bain dans la chambre et moustiques pour vous accompagner la nuit (nos premiers moustiques portugais je crois). Petit déjeuner très impersonnel et aux antipodes des valeurs environnementales que semble vouloir défendre le propriétaire: Croissants de super marché en emballage plastique, confitures venues d'on ne sait où alors que trouver des fabrications locales, c'est quand même pas compliqué. Ajoutez y que la lumière automatique dans l'escalier pentu ne se déclenche que quand vous arrivez vers le haut. Pas très sécurité !

Já tive em bastantes hotéis de 5 estrelas, e nunca fui tão bem atendido /acolhido , como hoje. O meu muito obrigada à D. Cassandra, pela sua amabilidade e preocupação com o nosso bem estar. Quarto muito acolhedor e bem preparado. O meu muito obrigado pelos miminhos.

Desilusão total. Aquilo que parecia um paraíso a 750mt da praia do poço da cruz, foi uma desilusão. Piscina "avariada", uma bactéria na água segundo a funcionária. Ao que parece foi uma constante todo o verão. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Bar fechado. Rooftop com pouva luz e semi abandonado. Nem uma vassoura para limpar a areia da praia que como é normal, todos os veraneantes inevitavelmente carregam. As toalhas de banho foram as mesmas em 4 dias. O gel de banho e shampoo uma saqueta por pessoa para os 4 dias, éramos 3. Enfim, valeu pelo sossego e pela decoração. De resto nota 0.
