I just stayed here with my son, my friend and her daughter and we had such a pleasant stay. The Caerphilly Suite was spotless and each bedroom was cosy and spacious. I'm not sure how the sofa bed was supposed to work but it didn't matter to us, we were happy to just use the beds which are SO comfortable! The suite was equipped with a fridge, a microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, a selection of teas and snacks and a complimentary fresh milk in the fridge! The bathroom was sparkling with lovely clean towels, toiletries to use and despite being in the centre of Cardiff, not a single noise bothered us from outside all night - we all slept very soundly. Even the room temperature seemed to be perfectly planned - none of us were ever too hot or too cold!! Oh and last but not least, the WiFi works brilliantly! Steve was very friendly and helpful, especially as we had some miscommunication with our booking. I would not hesitate in recommending Inn Cardiff and I will most definitely stay here again. It's the perfect location - a stone's throw from Bute and the centre. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

Just returned from a 3 night stay, was in Cardiff for a family wedding. Have to say the staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. Wedding was on Friday and the maltsters arms very kindly allowed us to have dinner with them on Saturday night, there was 18 of us!!! Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff for the most amazing food, from starters to desserts and delicious drinks and cocktails 5 stars. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The manager sorry can’t remember your name, was friendly and helpful. Lastly to Ben for his hospitality and professionalism in helping to book us all in on Saturday night, it was a wonderful ending to all of our trip to beautiful Cardiff. Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast. This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

Stayed at the start of December, it wasn't in the actual hotel building itself it was in a separate building in the back courtyard which was accessible through the main dining room and conservatory. Out of hours there was a secure key gate and private walkway by the side of the hotel to go through. The room itself was clean and tidy. I stayed in a twin room which was perhaps a mistake as the duvet felt too small for the bed, although it would have been fine for a child, before you think it, yes I am medium build and height. Shower and toilets were fine. Very trivial things, batteries on the remote control didn't work and low stock on the teas and coffee in the room. Room was quiet other than being woken up by the bin lorry at 6.30am (Wednesday morning) but that wasn't the hotel fault. Staff were friendly, I would stay again but just choose a different room next time.
