Ulasan Grand Pacific Palisades Resort

The hotel was disappointing. Rose was in charge of our accommodation, she was absolutely not friendly, she took a very long time to do everything and gave us a room right under a building structure. When I turned on the air conditioner, the whole room was filled with construction dust, it became hard to breathe. We returned to the reception and asked to change the room, but they refused because there were no rooms available, although it was a weekday and the hotel was completely empty. I double-checked the hotel website, there were many available rooms of all categories, so I asked to invite a manager. The manager had to wait about 30 minutes, he did not introduce himself, he was also very unhappy that he was disturbed and said that the only free room was even further away than the one that was given to the first one, even further than the Cassara hotel, but without construction overhead. we offered to pay extra for a better room, but he strictly refused us and since it was impossible to cancel the hotel, we would have lost the full cost, we stayed the night in the room that was given. I don't recommend this hotel with such unfriendly staff.

Short walk to Legoland. Has a nice pool area and a great view of the ocean if you get a place on that side of the property. Doing some work right now to fix up the property so when they are done it should be five stars across the board.

We liked how close it was to Legoland. The property is so beautiful but seemed there was some construction going on, on ceilings in hallway by our hotel room. Not loud just noticeable. The splash pad and pools were really fun for the kids.

I was gifting this to our daughter and son in law for a little get away. I made sure to upgrade them some to a small suite but was pretty disappointed that even though you were definitely not at capacity you did not give them a room with the view of the flower fields. One of the main reasons I chose this site. Sooooo the kids liked it but it could have been better service wise.

We stayed here with a family to visit Legoland it’s perfect very spacious and easy walk over to the park. Staff was very accommodating and everything was available in the room that’s needed for your stay. 10/10 recommend

We are very pleased with our stay here. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was also super comfortable and spacious! We will definitely be back!

It is a ten minute walk to Legoland and about 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Our kids loved the arcade, playground and the activities center.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. They really are doing a great job!

Had to switch rooms twice due to problems with our room. Leaking water in the bathroom ceiling from the Hvac unit which caused us to evacuate the room at 11 pm.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me and I came from Fresno with my three kids had to find another hotel at 10 pm with my children in the cold.

My wife initially booked our stay at another motel. The other hotel wreaked of smoke and ****. The bed sheets and pillows had stains like they were not washed. I quickly found Grand Palisades and booked a room. I’m very glad I stayed here. Family friendly and nice and extremely clean. We are getting ready to plan another trip to stay there again in March.

Got sick after staying in the resort. The cleaning lady was sick and she used her cloth to clean her nose. Then she touched our towels.

One of the best vacation spots in all San Diego! Friendly staff and great pool area!

Exceptional resort with great white staff. Very child friendly which is a huge plus being as across the street from Legoland. If that's in your itinerary, definitely recommend
