Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍
Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼
If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

Upon arriving we saw there was construction in front of the hotel entrance going on. Half of the street was closed and no car/taxi could pass by. They had given us a "Balcony room" which was literally above the construction site! Although we asked to change for another room in the back, they had none. Staff was very friendly but it did not change the fact we could not sleep with noise all night being close to street and construction going all day from 7;00 AM to late afternoon.
Another inconvenience was the fact we where there for a very elegant wedding and once we were ready to take a taxi/uber to the venue, NO cab/uber could pick us up in front of the hotel. I had two walk half a block in a long gown with high heels in the middle of the street alongside the rubble and dirt of the construction. Uber literally wrote that it was "impossible" to arrive at our destination. The next day again we were woken up at 7:00 AM with sledgehammer noise non stop and workers screaming.

A very nice boutique hotel in the center of the historic district. The staff is amazing and very attentive! We were greeted with delicious cocktails upon arrival. There is a resturant and a roof top bar as well as a bar in the lobby. The room AC was wonderful and a great refuge from the midday heat. There's also a pool, although small, it was a great way to cooldown after a long day of walking. The location is perfect if you're interested in sightseeing the area with restaurants, shops, and bars all around. Given the location, the town is noisy and partying can go on until the early morning hours so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Definitely recommend!!

The staff were very attentive and kind. My room had a leak and it made the room moist and there was mold in the vent. The area around the property is where the working girls hang out at night.

As extensive Travellers, I have to say this was one of the best hotels ever. The staff was so incredibly accommodating, the service and food were outstanding, rooms were clean… Everything you could ask for.
The rooftop was beautiful and the location was centrally located with a short walk to either the wall for sunset or the clock tower.
Highly recommended !!
