Casablanca itself is not very clean due to its dense population. The amenities were OK for the price but we did get into a disagreement with the nice men and the desk with the prices for an early morning taxi to the train station. Beware of insane prices and do some research

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

Great location, the lady at the front desk in the morning was very nice and helpful, sharing tips and info about the city, the other guy at night was nice, the room was good but honestly I didn't notice it had no AC, despite having a balcony which I kept opened the entire time I was sweating at night and I couldn't sleep after sunrise because of the light and the fact that had to close the door. I think during cooler days it would have been a much better experience

因為同一條街上有兩家酒店名字接近，我們還鬧了個烏龍，出租車直接送到另一家門口了。被迫拖着行李步行了兩三百米。提醒朋友們千萬當心。

We stayed in 703, a superior gold suite on the 7th, and top, floor. The apartment is huge, with a kitchenette, lounge, balcony (or small terrace), bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. It feels spacious with views from the terrace towards the old souk part of Cassablanca and the bedroom overlooking the Hassan II Mosque - an absolutely incredible vista! A fruit bowl supplied on check-in, along with a few bottles of water, which was very welcome. One has to be fairly mean-spirited to critisize what has been a wonderful stay at the Melliber Appart Hotel. Of course there is always room for improvement: the shower, for example, drained very slowly resulting in a bit of a puddle but these minor inconveniences in no way detract from what is a remarkable accommodation. Our check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we had to wait about 15m for that to occur, but reception staff kindly offered us coffee and water, which was much appreciated. The Muezzin’s call from the minaret, the white noise of the crashing waves on the Corniche, the anticipation of another exciting day in Morocco - what more can you ask for! Breakfast was adequate and check-out painless.

Perfect transit hotel in Casablanca. But i was very disappointed because they confused me with someone from saudi who came with a what ever lady. From reception they called me saying your texi driver is down looking for you . I was very tired of the long travel and i was in need of rest . I ask him what for and he asked me that he is looking for a card number. I mentioned that i have nothing to do with it. Again he called saying come down to meet him. Imagine i was so much of tiredness and was in mich need of rest . I have to go down for nothing. When i went out they said its wrong person. I was very disappointed at the hotel especially. How ever i appreciate the airport drop off.

PPengguna TetamuDe retour dans notre 2ème maison à Casablanca et cette fois à 3 avec notre petite fille de 4 mois... le 1er hotel de sa vie qui est très symbolique pour nous...Tout s'est super bien passé et tout a été mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille pour notre enfant et nous . Le lit bébé était très propre et le matelas de très bonne qualité. La literie et le mobilier sont toujours d'aussi bonne qualité ainsi que la propreté des chambres après plusieurs années et c'est important de le souligner. Le service de ménage et de maintenance est très réactif ainsi que le réception. Un grand merci à Jihane responsable Hebergement qui a pris le temps de bien préparer notre arrivée afin que notre séjour se passe parfaitement bien et que nous ayons à disposition tout ce que nous voulions. Toujours attentionnée et à l'écoute après toutes ces années font que nous sommes de plus en plus attachés à Cet hôtel . Monsieur Samir Qui est à l'entrée de l'hôtel depuis des années pour la sécurité est égal à lui même.. toujours aussi gentil, agréable, prevenant, serviable et ca fait vraiment plaisir. Nous tenons à remercier le responsable restaurant que nous avons rencontré qui a été très gentil et arrangeant par rapport à nos demandes multiples. Merci à son équipe également et un gros merci à Hatim qui s'est très bien occupé de notre petite fille et m'a bcp aidé ! Cela m'a beaucoup touché ! Tout le personnel du restaurant a été adorable avec nous et surtout avec notre petite fille et cela fait vraiment du bien quand on voit que c'est fait avec le cœur ❤️ . Un gros merci nous reviendrons très bientôt .

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in Art Palace Suites and Spa from 17 August till 21 August 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my stay and with my experience in this hotel from the first day. I picked the hotel based on some reviews but was shocked to walk into the room which they assigned to me. The only thing that looked exactly like the pictures was the terrace of the room. I booked the deluxe suite but was given a room with a tiny living room that you can hardly walk in. The room had two full bathrooms per the website;; however, the second bathroom in my so called suite was locked and when I asked the reception to open it, I was told that it was out of order because the glass door of the shower was broken. I wondered why did the hotel sell a room that had a non functioning bathroom? When I complained, they opened the bathroom but warned me against using the shower. The AC was not working and I had to report the issue to the reception 6 times on the first day, with no response. They also told me that I will not be able to sleep before 2:00am because of the live band that plays there since the sound travels to the rooms on first floor. To add the cherry on top, I found a lizard in the bathroom and took a picture of it.I also called the receptionist on duty and showed him the lizard. He talked to someone on the phone and then nothing happened. I guess the lizard must have been a normal scene in this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel if you are used to the minimum standards of hygiene and hospitality.

IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

SSCThe room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine.
The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker.
The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

PPengguna TetamuThe room size is comfortable. The service is friendly. We absolute enjoyed the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor served great beef steak and Hassan provided great service. (They are also open during Ramadan). The location is close to everything. Minor thing was mini bar had nothing but tea bags which could be a little bit disappointing. But a Carrefour is nearby and you will be able to get anything pretty easily.

We loved the art deco style of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable stylish room, super clean linens etc. changed daily. Couldn’t understand why there was only one bathrobe and two guests? Hotel is close to the tramline but the red taxis are pretty cheap and always available. Breakfast was plentiful with great eggs (to order). Room had a fridge and kettle which was handy. Great value and highly recommended, thanks for making us welcome.

PPengguna TetamuI had booked this thinking it’s closer to airport but still need to pay 30 euros to take a taxi to airport. Also cuz I’m only staying a night to take my flight back, I wanted a hotel with hamman / spa. I saw their spa place looks good. But turn out it only open around 10am and it’s full. I have a plane to catch so wish that the spa could have start earlier or close later. The hotel manager was kind enough to help me sorted it out and I got my hamman and massage. The lady at the spa wasn’t too nice but I can tell she try… definitely not worth the money as the when I ask her for stronger massage, she say I need to pay more for that! First time a masseur tell me this. Anw it’s a decent hotel, big room. I think it’s more for business travellers.

PPengguna TetamuTolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, guter und effektiver Service, es ist immer jemand zu erreichen und sogar Botengänge werden kostenfrei übernommen. Das Hotel hat sogar eine eigene Bar im Lounge-Style, was in Marokko eher selten ist. Die Zimmer sind standardmäßig ausgestattet mit großem Balkon und ein wahnsinnig toller Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Am Abend färbt sich die Umgebung Orange. Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Abend auf der großzügigen Terrasse des Hotels.
