A well located hotel, near to the ski centre. The rooms are cozy and warm, the food tasty and vary. All the staff is friendly and helpful, very professional. I have also had a massage in the wellness centre and Alessia was super ! Overall, I have had a perfect stay and I would recommend it!

Great location for families very close to ski slopes, food is ok and a lot of fun for kids! Kids club is really doing great job, kids have a lot of fun! Also there are many amenities: indoors pool and a soft play center with a corner for drowing and lego, in addition to a babies corner

1.On the first day we were told to have dinner upstairs and not in the main restaurant. This makes you walk through the stairs to get proper food (the food upstairs is served in the food warmers while downstairs the cook makes in for you fresh) or wait until the waiter brings from downstairs. We paid the same price as other people and did not get the same offer. When I went to the reception and asked for explanation, no one has seen a problem and the staff was unpleasent. I had to call the organiser of my trip and only then the following they we could sit downstairs. The reason behind it is that the hotel accepted too many guests 2. On the last night, the Italian guests were extremely loud and my kids couldn't sleep. The Italians left their children unattended and had fun upstairs while their kids were running and shouting in the corridor as well as knocking on our door. 3. The staff at the reception is unpleasant when you come with an issue, some waiters look like is was a punishment for them to work there 4. The swimming pool in extremely crowded 5. The queues for the pancakes during the breakfast are horrible and all the children want those pancakes. It's strange that taking into account the number of children in this hotel, the staff hasn't done anything with his yet.

We recently stayed at Hotel Veronza in Cavalese for our winter vacation, and it was a remarkable experience. The hotel's prime location offers a stunning view of the Dolomites and ample parking space, making our stay convenient and stress-free. The Skibus service to Cermis and Pompeago slopes is a great perk for ski enthusiasts. Hotel Veronza boasts an on-site ski rental, a pool, and a sauna with a mountain view. Relaxing on the terrace with a coffee while listening to DJ Ricardo Morra was a highlight. However, the standout feature was the children's club. The staff there were incredibly dedicated, engaging the kids with magic tricks, juggling lessons, dominoes, and building block castle activities and baby dances. Their commi**ent and warmth made a huge impact on our stay. Our daughter loved the hotel's small farm animals, adding to the charm of our visit. We can't wait to return to Hotel Veronza next year!

Will return here for sure, with whole family and enjoy. Rooms are cleand and comfortable. Restaurant is nice and spacy. Meal is well combined italian and international with white and red wine. Hotel staff is friendly, professional, helpful. Thanks

Italy is my favoured country. friendly people, beautiful nature, exceptional history, architecture and historical sight, good wine. Val di Fiemme, Centro Vacanze Veronza is my second home. I can recommend for everyone!!

All meets my expectation. We were in aparman with kitchen. All was usefull And comfortable. Restaurant was nice, staff familier a food great. Swimming pool and Playground was excellent.Kinds enjoy it a lot! Thanks for your hospitality.

The room was very small, the bed had to be moved to open the balcony door or the wardrobe door! Calling this room an apar**ent is misleading the customer. The advertised 4-bed room has 1 bunk bed located in the small corridor and a spread-out couch serves as a bed. We were not able to connect to the wi-fi even once. Dishes in bad condition (beaten, broken), the kettle probably wouldn't fit there anymore, that's why it's not there.And placing 4 waste sorting bins in the mini-kitchen when you can't even open the mini-fridge is stupid The only thing that saved the stay was the nice view.

We appreciate the pool, sauna and miniclub (great entertainment for kids). Clean hotel, nice staff. Our holiday apar**ent was cosy and nice, very well equiped kitchen, big balcony. Ski bus goes reguralry from the hotel (15 minutes to ski lift), comfortable ski deposit directly at the bus stop. Everything great!
