Third Wyndham hotel we have stayed and this one was as good as the second and way better than the first. Clean and nice. Pool was warm. Lady at the front desk was amazing. Even got to check in half an hour early. The other guests though could use a lesson in common courtesy. But if you’re a heavy sleeper and not woken up by car beeps, kids running by and yelling while the parent screams from ten feet behind, then this is the place for you. If you’re a light sleeper like me you will slightly suffer. But a good clean decent hotel to lay your head down if needed.

Room was not clean: the walls were spattered with brown liquid, there were pretzel bits on the floor, and the sink drain was clogged. There was not enough seating for breakfast, and the one staff member was struggling to keep up with demand, so items were often out. I guess the animal trap outside our door was better than an animal in our room, but also a bit disconcerting. Although, given there was a whole breakfast on the sidewalk (e.g. eggs, toast, etc) I’m not surprised there might be an animal problem.

We had a reservation for a room and when we arrived there after a long drive the motel had given our room to someone else and they did the same thing for another family with a child. You make reservations for a reason-to have a room when you arrive. Will not ever stay here and may not use Wyndham again. We were told that there complaint department would contact us in 3-5 days, been 2 weeks and nothing. Be aware of your reservation here.

Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Room was adequate but could have been cleaner. There were a few bits of debris on the carpet in various spots that indicated it had not been vacuumed thoroughly. It also had an odor that perhaps it was a smoking room.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was okay. Steamed egg patty and Steamed links of sausage were not very appealing. The rest was fine.

I looked at my room before I made a reservation. It was nice and clean. It had just been deep cleaned and looked good. After checking into my room I found that there wasn’t any tp anywhere in the room. The toilet seat only had one bolt holding it on, my key did not work so I had to go get another one. I went to breakfast and was terribly disappointed. The “eggs” were stacked in a metal bin next to the sausage and the biscuits. None looked appealing, so I opted for the powdered donuts, yogurt cup, and a waffle. The room was the high point of the stay.

The room was comfortable but it was noisy. Trains went by, other travelers were not considerate. I asked for a receipt and the clerk wasn’t able to give me one. I have yet to receive the emailed receipt that was offered. The bathroom needed updating as some of the fixtures were not in good condition.
