We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

It’s in the center of a few different attraction areas, so it worked well for me personally. Valentine’s Day is a drawback for solo travelers based only on the restaurants. This is because it is busy and with specials for two. I was at the steak restaurant which basically charged the same amount for less food with only a la cart as an option and no modification to get the items offered on the set menu. Regardless, staff at Twilight, Pool, Reception, and Door/Concierge all very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and equipped. The views and seating areas are beautiful. Traffic in Cebu is pretty rough, but I stayed away from the NewTown because of the Valentine’s traffic. A tour guide for the day is suggested since there are so many directions to go. The hotel itself had the best value and amenities for the area.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

I would give it a 3/5 for my 3 nights stay! The rooms were clean and quiet. It is away from the loud music or noise from elsewhere. The rooms are new as well. It is cheap so you get what you've paid for. Staffs at the Front Desk can be a little more welcoming to be honest. They will just look at you when you pass by the Reception especially during the afternoon time shift girl and guy and the 2 guys in the Morning are the coldest person ever. I think that what is lacking! They find it hard to greet you even a hi or hello! They should learn from the staffs in the 3 star Hotels in Bohol or Palawan. Despite their Hotel is not new they even out the experience with a sincere and welcoming smile. Could have also been better if they provide a minibar or a water kettle to have some coffee or something. If you are on a budget and no issues with unwelcoming staffs in the Hotel, This Hotel is recommended!

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead.

For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening.
Just a few concerning points:
-The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature
- They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe.
-Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used
-Wave pool was closed
I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken.
-The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes
All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

DDdkdaveWe chose this place because we wanted a quiet relax (and no kids there), and it looked like it would fit the bill. It really did! The rooms are great and very comfortable, and with only 9 rooms, its never crowded. The food was great and really great value too, and the beer cheap and yummy! If you are looking for a snorkel or dive while there, the reef right off the beach is amazing too, and the snorkel gear is provided as part of your room rate. Bonus... Mike (one of the lovely owners with his wife Lisa) is a PADI dive instructor, so you could even book him to take you out too. I couldn't fault this place and the people. Special shout out to Joy at reception, who lives up to her name! It seems unfair really though as everyone from the wait staff, cleaners, security and chef were super nice. Just book it! And book direct :-)

KKim MahidlawonI booked for a stay on that same day since I want to have a short escape away from home. I searched for a budget friendly short stay and I was amazed I ended up to this cozy place. It was a late check in after work but the receptionist was entertaining and welcoming. I booked a shared room of 4 beds and i find it ok though the space was a bit of a challenge but the facilities were complete and provided. With the amount, i was surprised that there was a breakfast included. This place was truly a great find.

MMargaritaThe room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. There was a mini closet, a small coffee table, and one armchair. We had a Smart TV in our room and were able to access my personal Netflix account through that. There was a mini/personal refrigerator, an electric kettle, mugs, glasses, teaspoons, saucers, small safe, bathrobes, hotel slippers, basic toiletries, and packets of coffee, creamer, and sugar inside the room, too. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location of the hotel itself was excellent. They had a shuttle service to the beach and around 4 or 5 places to eat for meals. I'm just sad that the check-in time was at 3:00 PM, and the checkout time was at 11 AM. I would have liked to stay a bit longer there.

Kami berseronok menerokai seluruh resort, dari berkanu di pantai hingga berenang hampir semua kolam. Kami diberi bilik dengan pemandangan laut yang menghadap ke seberang resort. Dan saya menyukainya kerana ia lebih tenang dan jauh dari kesibukan.
Saya juga cuba menempah kek untuk Hari Lahir kami pada keesokan harinya dan meminta kakitangan mereka menghantar kek semasa sarapan untuk memberi sedikit kejutan untuk hubby. Kami sangat gembira kerana kami bukan sahaja menghantar kek ke meja kami, malah beberapa kakitangan mereka juga menyediakan nombor tarian sambil menyanyi di atas meja kami. Cara untuk memulakan hari anda, bukan? Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan dari Solea Mactan Resort kerana menjadikan hari kami sebagai tambahan untuk kami.

PPengguna TetamuOverall the hotel needs a complete makeover. Toilets in the lobby needs a100% attention. Room where we stayed also needs a maintenance. We complained about the sliding door not locking and unsafe, A quick fix was performed by screwing the door and not be able to open ever even in a case of fire. Rain shower was inoperable but was fix. Imagine if we didn’t report this, no one will look after it.
The breakfast buffet was average and was sufficiently good if you are local resident but not for foreigners. Staff were excellent, they were polite , hospitable and kind. Guards are courteous and hospitable. Concierge were also courteous, polite and hospitable.
In conclusion, I will not rate this hotel as 4star because it was not fully maintained. Lightning and so forth were inadequate. Again, hotel staff were typically a Filipino hospitality exposed. I salute all of you…

Their rooms are so neat and they have a comfortable bed 🥰🥰 they have bathroom kits as well and the pool above the building is refreshing! You must try to visit here!
