CCayucosAn otherwise pleasant stay ruined by somewhat incompetent communication surrounding a private transfer booked through the hotel. For those booking a private transfer through the hotel it’s worth knowing the following:
1) this is a third party arrangement and as such whether it is “private” or not is at the discretion of the third party
2) In the event that a transfer is not private, the hotel does not appear to need or feel it necessary to inform you.
This situation happened to me when leaving the island, having checked out early and being informed by reception which was my boat, I departed the island on said boat only to be made to turn around 90% into the journey as there was supposed to be another passenger. The hotel simply said this was the third party decision and whilst they were aware of it on the day, had not informed me (resulting in me traversing the stretch of water multiple times). All in all this was the cherry on an otherwise miscommunication-strewed cake (they never mentioned the private transfer had to be paid in cash, and they miscommunicated breakfast would start at 6:30 when in reality it is 7:30). On the plus side, the location is good for dive shops and the food was nice. However, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place to family or friends.

Отель находится в нескольких минах ходьбы от дайвинг центров и 15 минут на тук-туке до пляжа. В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

PPengguna TetamuI loved the pool, and the food was great. I am not a big fan of their breakfast, but I highly recommend their vegetable and mushroom or chicken and vegetable fried rice. The price was reasonable too.
The location is quieter than other places I have stayed or came upon. It is far away from karaoke shops so you don't hear much singing than other places. The room was decent and clean, even though the bathroom could be bigger with better water pressure.
Overall, I would like to stay here again.

MMargaretPerry11/10. Been booking with Diane for quite some time, my partner and I. This has been our favorite hotel in Cebu, and we are gatekeeping it lol
But in our recent stay, I feel like we were not supposed to have the correct room that we're supposed to get, but not really sure about it. I booked a Superior Room with a City view so we can watch some fireworks during Christmas Eve, but when we came into the room, the window was a small one, and when we tried to open the window, we could only see equipment outside blocking the window and the view; the window was forced to just open maybe just 5 inches and that's it. I don't know what City View I was supposed to see. Overall, that's just my only concern. The girl from the reception wearing white did not seem happy (those that are in green uniforms are fine, I love them and those in the dining area even in the rooftop - but the girl in the reception that day idk whats with her) when giving us the room key, she was smiling a little bit, but I could feel she wanted us to just go and disappear in front of her.
Overall, we just brush it off and moved on with our day and enjoyed the view from that little window and the from the rooftop. We still love Diane's and will still keep recommending this to our friends and family ofcourse. 11/10.

PPengguna TetamuJika anda sedang mencari pemandangan pergunungan yang indah, anda harus menjangkakan ia agak sukar untuk lokasi tersebut. Jadi saya tidak terlalu terkejut kerana jalan itu tidak begitu sempurna tetapi untuk pemandangannya semuanya berbaloi. Kami bertuah kerana berada di sana pada hari bekerja jadi kami mempunyai seluruh tempat untuk diri kami sendiri. Kami menyewa motosikal mereka untuk memudahkan perjalanan dan ke kedai kerana mereka mempunyai dapur kecil supaya anda boleh memasak. Malangnya puncak Osmena masih dekat masa kami pergi namun tempat itu membuatkan kami selesa untuk menginap. Saya mengesyorkan hotel ini khas untuk pasangan dan dewasa muda..

PPengguna TetamuГлавное преимущество это выход на лучший пляж Моалбола. Дорога сложноватая к отелю, много ям. Но сам участок небольшой, пешком занимает не более 10 минут. Обслуживание прекрасное, люди старались .
Из негатива - домик старый, много чего не работает. Кондиционер тоже давно не чистили. Но все это мелочи. Мы брали двухэтажный дом, на втором этаже был плохой запах. Его попытались устранить, но не получилось.
Рекомендую для пляжного отдыха на несколько дней

PPengguna TetamuPlace is good, location were improved. Cleanliness is there. For service, it is actually not a top tier for me as receptionist are not really professional but they are good. For amenities it’s not complete, plus Wi-Fi is so slow can’t even reach the room, no YouTube and Netflix during our stay. Food in the pantry sa not complete.

Mmariel finthe place was so nice and people were accommodating my family very well. i am currently staying in japan and i booked this hotel for my family for there new year vacation and when they got there the confirmation booking was smooth and my mom told me that even the staff there often ask if they're comfortable with the room and if they lack something like knife or basic utensils because they can lend them there's. When my mom ask for a possible motorcycle rent one of the staff did not hesitate to provide solutions and shared amazing spots that must be visit within the area free of charge and provided tips on how to get there. the wifi was never a problem. the room was clean and the towels smell amazing. Overall i would recommend this place specially with its budget friendly prize and the people there are nice. :) leave a like if this helps :D

HHelenLenThe location of the hotel is not the best. The room I stayed was facing a very noisy road filled with traffic noise and it’s surrounded by local houses with noisy roosters that start at 3:30 am. There’s no swimming pool as it shows in the pictures. It’s under frozen construction which was right over my room. There’s no hot shower.
The owner is very sweet and welcoming! Very nice lady Ruby. She gave many useful tips about the island and helped with booking the diving course.
If you’re not a diver, this place is not the best option for you. There’s not much to do on the island. It’s very undeveloped and there’s are only few stops to enjoy the beach life.
