We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

Nice hotel with friendly and polite stuff that try their best to make your stay comfort and enjoyable. The room was ok, not that big but it had all the necessary stuff inside. It was a bit noisy to sleep there as the road is nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the canteen is full of sunlight. The pool on the roof top is a nice bonus.

Convenient hotel in a busy downtown of cebu city .The hotel is near Colon St. , a walking distance to universities (particularly UV ,USJR and USC )amenities is limited only ,but good for a solo traveler .The price is reasonable.

It's my fourth time staying here and it was an awesome stay as always! ❤️❤️❤️ I had a great time with friends staying here. Their rooms are so neat and they have a comfortable bed 🥰🥰 they have bathroom kits as well and the pool above the building is refreshing! You must try to visit here! It is worth it and it is a very budget-friendly hotel 🥰🥰

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed the absence of standard toiletries like soap and a toothbrush—a departure from the usual RedDoorz experience. This deviation proved inconvenient, as these essentials are typically expected in a stay of this nature. RedDoorz Pardo may want to reconsider this oversight to maintain alignment with the consistently high standards set by other RedDoorz establishments. On a more positive note, the hotel's central location in Pardo was undoubtedly a highlight of my stay. Positioned conveniently, RedDoorz Pardo provided easy access to local attractions, eateries, and transportation hubs, making it an ideal base for those keen on exploring the vibrant surroundings. Despite the initial hiccup with the amenities, the air conditioning in the room functioned impressively well. The cool and comfortable environment it created was a welcome relief, especially during the warmer parts of the day. This positive aspect significantly contributed to the overall satisfaction of my short stay. In conclusion, RedDoorz Pardo offers a satisfactory option for a brief stay, with its prime location compensating for the absence of certain expected amenities. While the oversight in providing basic toiletries was a drawback, the efficient air conditioning and convenient locale make it a viable choice for travelers eager to explore the attractions in the Pardo area. RedDoorz Pardo has the potential to enhance its guest experience by ensuring that its offerings align with the consistent standards upheld by other RedDoorz facilities, thus providing guests with the familiar and reliable experience they associate with the brand.
