the hotel is new and clean , satisfy the room cleanliness and size . service is great . breakfast have variety choice but not tasty . sausage n ham only have beef but no chicken . there is room massage service in the hotel . outside the road is traffic jam always . in the city town area. there is 24 hours KFC beside the hotel .

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the overall state of the hotel. Its new, Morden and well managed. I will definitely prefer to stay on my next trip as well. Location is also not bad, its around 2km from the center and Grand Indonesia mall.

The hotel is only 2 minutes walking from Cikini station. However it’s easier and more comfortable to take Bluebird (taxi). I took only 10 minutes from the monas (the national monuments) and 15 minutes from grand Indonesia mall (the famous mall) by taxi. The room is nice and clean with good scent. The most impressive thing about the hotel is the staffs! Every staffs in the hotel are very warm-welcoming and gentle. I would like to compliment all of them from bell boy, receptionist, concierge and also staffs at breakfast restaurant. I can fell the service-minded from all of them. Especially Mr. Hilton, Mr. Tr, Mr.Rustam and Mrs. Ajeng, the receptionists, they tried their best to help me with all the requests. And also there are variety of options for breakfast as in pictures. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was good. Good location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

we stayed at junior suite for two nights, the room are very spacious, very complete amenities, the hotel staff are very friendly and kind, especially Ms. Salsa at the reception, she offered me and also assist me to become member of ALL Accor group, so that i can have early check in on the first day. the breakfast are delicious, quite various.. and The Hotel location is quute strategic, you can find grocery stores, fnb stores nearby just by walking. we are satisfied staying at Novotel Cikini Jakarta, hope we can stayed there again someday..

Best hotel around the area with great service and cleanliness. Loved the bed, and the shower. The breakfast has good variety. Location is meh, but near to centre. Grab ＞ Train

Good place but location is little far from the center and there is a lot noise from the street

Service is good. Environment is clean. Hopefully the hotel can check the room in detail including the aircond, socket and lightning before the guest check in. The housekeeper is sweet when I left a note regarding not to move the toothbrush in case mix up, get a reply from them with note and gave us extra. Overall is good.
