The location is good with many coffee shop near by also next to the hotel there is alfamart 24hours. And there is good dry clean near by. Easy to find Blue bird taxi.The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 big luggage n 2 small carry luggage . This time we stay there for 5 days . The service also good n fast when I ask tooth paste at night around 11pm, only took 7 minutes to wait. One of people from house keeping her name is Dea she is really give excellent service, she clean up the room very well, clean n make room smell good. Thanks Dea. Happy to stay at Novotel and for sure will back stay there again when I visit jakarta.

We had a wonderful family trip during the New Year holidays. Even though it was extremely busy at the end of the year, everything was well managed and enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a family stay. The location is highly recommended, especially if you’re staying around Cikini. There are many great places nearby to explore, such as cozy coffee shops, the planetarium, and other interesting spots within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place for families looking for comfort and convenience.

Nice location, nice room, but the variety of the breakfast food isnt very much

I have a pleasant stay at this hotel. It locates close to the train station and convenient stores. The staffs are friendly and super helpful.

I was a guest staying for 3 nights ▪️Repeated Failure of Breakfast Order (September 29-30): On the evening of September 29, around 10:00 PM, I called Extension 0 to order 1 takeaway breakfast pax to be picked up at 7:00 AM. However, in the morning, the order was not available at the Reception Desk. The same experience was repeated on the evening of September 30. I again ordered a takeaway breakfast for the morning, and once more, the order was missing when I went to collect it. ▪️Delayed Laundry Service (September 30): Besides the breakfast issue, I also experienced a delay in my laundry delivery. Two (2) pieces of clothing that I submitted the day before and were promised to be finished in the morning were only returned to the room in the evening. The two repeated incidents concerning the takeaway breakfast and the laundry delay clearly indicate a serious breakdown in coordination and follow-up between your hotel departments. As a disappointed guest, I feel the service provided does not align with the Novotel standard. I am currently considering posting an honest review based on this experience across various booking platforms. I expect the hotel management to conduct an internal evaluation and take immediate corrective action.

Good experience. Near from city center and Cikini train station

I am writing to bring a very concerning matter to your attention. After my stay with my wife, she developed multiple red, swollen patches on both sides of her legs (please refer to the attached photos). She has consulted the doctor and doctor claimed that these appear consistent with insect or bed bug bites. This situation is deeply disappointing, especially considering Novotel’s reputation for quality and hospitality. As a guest, I trusted that the hotel would provide a clean and safe environment, but this incident has caused both physical distress and inconvenience for my wife. I kindly request that your team: 1. Urgently investigate the cleanliness and hygiene of the room where I stayed - Room 718 2. Take immediate measures to prevent such incidents from happening to future guests. 3. Provide an explanation for the discomfort and inconvenience my wife has suffered. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Hotel was comfortable and no frills, value for money. Nearby the hotel has many cafes and restaurants worth checking out.

Everything was superb! great hospitality, cozy atmosphere and a very nice breakfast. The only downside was some loud noise, similar to chairs being dragged occurring day and night which disturbed my sleep.

Good location in Menteng. Good and decent service. Only the breakfast does not match it's hotel standard - they should do more to improve the quality of the breakfast.

The check in service is up to par. The drawback is that this hotel provide very limited toiletries or amenities. It only provided upon request. Be that as it may, the breakfast was somewhat not up to par. The price for it is 150,000 rupiah, I do understand with that price I should not be expecting very much on the choices of what they provide.

Clean & comfortable, service is very good as well. Location wise, the area is not too packed, lots of nearby cafes too.

Hotel is located near to the Cikini commuting train station and around neighbourhood there are lots of good food.
