Lokasi yang hebat. Sangat dekat dengan Menara Kren Kuning, ke sungai dan jambatan. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah dan banyak restoran dan kedai berhampiran juga. Sarapannya sangat enak, banyak pilihan makanan dengan buah segar dan mi tempatan yang terkenal, antara banyak kemungkinan lain. Seronok menginap di hotel ini.

Pleasant to stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Easy accessible to scenic spots. The front desk personnel 小文, 小玉, 小圆, 小樱are very helpful and polite. They are willing to take extra miles to help. The restaurant staff 007, and the cleaning lady are very courteous and helpful too. Worth for money stay. T

Very near to the Crane tower, and the location is convenient to many places. Breakfast is OK with variety to choose. Stuffs are super friendly too and patient in explaining the direction of scenic areas

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady "007", is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, "007"! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

The location and facilities are generally good in all aspects. All the staffs were friendly. Starting from the front desk, daily house keeping and restaurant 007. Their services were excellent. We were so touched with the written note.

Great hotel with big rooms at a convenient location near tourist hotspots. Plus point for free washing machines and dryers guests can use.

The teams provided good services especially at reception and restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Thanks to reception team (小玉，小余，罗经理和焦主任) and restaurant team (007 and 066).

My stay at Kailaixi hotel is exceptional as the staff are friendly and quality. They helped me to clean my luggage (outer) when they saw that it's dirty. Customer service is great. Highly recomended.

I've stayed in many hotels in Wuhan, but this one was truly outstanding – absolutely amazing.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the installations were amazing and the location was also good. I can't really say anything bad about it.

Amazing stay. Clean rooms located centrally. We could see yellow crane tower from our windows. Staff at desk and breakfast all warm and accomodating. Would stay there again!
