房間超級大，乾淨衞生，前台服務好，在拉皮德城算是比較好的酒店了。交通便利，1樓大堂有早午晚餐，很方便。

酒店非常老舊，床單、桌子和窗簾都是破的，而且都都比較臟，可以看出是很久的污漬。床旁邊有個大鏡子，有點奇怪。房間裏一股説不上的味道，整個房間就客廳有一個垃圾桶，被我挪到廁所去了。非常不隔音，隔壁説話放音樂都能聽見。但是空間很大，也安全。價位算是便宜了，臨時在旺季定兩間房住兩晚才不到2k人民幣，衹是價位和房間成正比了，便宜沒好貨吧就先這樣形容。要不是通行的夥伴非要找最便宜的，我是不會選這家。

Our family was in Rapid for the State Basketball tournament. This was a perfect hotel to stay in! Location and easy access to things. We loved that the waterpark was right by. The hotel is beautiful and we love dour king bed with a pull out couch. It was the right amount of space for our family of 5. The bathroom was spacious. I think the icing on the cake and the reason we'll go back is the STAFF!!!! So friendly at check in and while we were sitting in the lobby/bar area. Then, when we got home, we realized my son had left a pair of shoes in our room. We called and they were so kind to ship them to us. GREAT SERVICE!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only issue was the noise because of the middle school girls basketball championship. However, that is in no way the hotel's fault. It was a pleasant stay, and we will definitely consider staying there again.

Noisy; no barrier from room above; front desk did nothing about my complaint of the noise - I had to personally go confront the noise makers/ floor pounders. Next night was no better; just a noisy design. We weren’t aware it was a “don’t clean a 2-day stay” facility; probably would avoide if we understood they don’t clean. Got to pay an $8 “Box Elder” fee; I guess that’s our opportunity to pay for the noise.

The hotel itself is great. You are going to be sharing a parking lot with 3 other hotels and an event center. If anything is going on at the event center, there will be no close parking. Be prepared to walk and carry your things.
