I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

I use this as one of my main home away from home stays when traveling for business in ATL. It is clean, the staff is amazing, professional, friendly and helpful. It was super busy this week, way more than usual but the staff greeting at the front desk each day was pleasant and welcoming. The noise level though loud on the ground floor was muffled by the time I got to in my room so I was able to work, sleep and enjoy my stay for the week. The mattress is comfy and pillows are awesome. I had room service one evening, the service and food were both great. I will definitely be a repeat customer as the location is perfect to make getting to work when I am at the ATL office quick and easy. Would be nice if there were other places to eat in walking distance but there are a lot of options just a couple miles down the road so not so bad. Loved my stay and look forward to my next trip coming soon.

This hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

Room was not great, bed was clean and comfortable but stains on the carpet and the light switches were embedded with decades of dirt Television didn't work, all the channels were pixilating, stayed 3 nights, complained to front desk, nothing was done Internet was intermittened Grab & Go Breakfast finished at 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday mornings, way too early, arrived at 8:40am on Saturday morning and asked if they could help at all with any left over packs and was told no take it up with Head Office The coffee in the lobby was good the first 2 days on the last day it was awful On check out asked for a copy of the bill was told ”we will send it by email” Said I would like a paper copy and was told ”our printer is broken can't print” Of course I didn't receive an email now I have to spend my time chasing it up. The location is good the parking is good, it's a shame the service delivery is just not cutting it

This was a slight upgrade from our previous week at an Extended Stay in Duluth. Pros: It's quiet and in a good location to grocery stores, restaurants, and I-85 ( away from the traffic noise). Staff was friendly and helpful. Grab and go breakfast was available. Cons: The hotel itself is no frills and while the room was fairly clean, it was dark and not well maintained. Two lights and one lamp were broken. There was no kitchen cooking equipment. Guests were smoking at front entrance and the hallways smelled of smoke despite 'no smoking' signs.
