We stayed at this beautiful small-scale hotel with our two children during Christmas. The service was very personal and excellent. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. Our room was cozy and spacious enough for our family, with a nice separate area for the children. After skiing, we enjoyed the heated pool every day. The free storage for our skis at the ski lift was perfect. We had a great time! Top-notch!

The Views are absolutely beautiful of the Italian Alps, There is Hospitable and Brilliant Staff, There is a Lovely Bar in the basement full of games and everyone’s favorite drinks, There are Good Meals also, Have been before and will go again

We booked during half term week in February & had a family room with our 2 young daughters. The room was spacious & comfortable - we were on the 2nd floor with a view over the outdoor heated pool which our daughters enjoyed using a couple of times after a day on the mountain (kids allowed until 17.30 - so they only made it a couple of times for half an hour). We ate in the restaurant 3 times during our stay & were pleased with the quality & value - as several courses to get through included in the price. The breakfasts were also great & plentiful with pleasant & helpful staff. Only slight complaint was the wifi which was terrible in our room & not at all easy to get my work done in the short time available during the days. Better wifi & everything would be good as the location great next to the bridge over the river + large car park.

All seemed a bit offhand. When we arrived were told that we could not have dinner on either night as the hotel was full of teenage footballers having a training camp! Our room was perfectly adequate but the dark wood everywhere makes it very gloomy. We found great food a short walk away in the Brasserie Brighthorn. On our second evening having walked up the mountains there was no hot water and none the next morning either. They were very apologetic and gave us a huge discount so all was not lost. Looking at other reviews maybe we were just unlucky.

brilliant and better than ever-the food and pasta dishes were excellent as was the wine and service.The new spa facility was fabulous and we will be back next season if we can get in !! Grazie Mille Aidan

Great hotel with good sized rooms in a good position with excellent views. Dinner is good and at a reasonable price. Particularly helpful staff we found. Be aware that if you are using a transfer from local airports do NOT use Suntransfers. Used them twice, the first time half an hour late for pick up, the second time they cancelled at less than 24 hours notice

I stayed here with my husband and sons for five nights. The hotel is beautifully clean and cosy, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the dinner was great value. I couldn’t fault the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. When we arrived we were told that we could get a discount at the local swimming and spa complex at the end of the town. I paid €30 for a four hour session instead of 39. I went there every day! This was a fantastic place for swimming and relaxing in an alpine ambience. Italy is so much better value than skiing anywhere else. Looking forward to returning here.

Beau spa et cadre agréable mais attitude très désagréable et arrogante des propriétaires qui a gâché notre séjour. Ce qui nous a déplu aussi : Suivi aléatoire des problèmes techniques Restaurant quelconque - préparations à partir de poudre et cela se goûte ! Beau bar mais aucun service. Nous y avons passé 2 soirées sans qu’on nous propose une boisson (et pas de thé/café disponible dans la chambre) A savoir : distance pour les remontées de ski + de 600 m et non 200 m comme indiqué sur le site de l’hôtel. Évitez la chambre 302, la disposition de la baignoire dans la sous pente rend son utilisation vraiment inconfortable. De plus il n’y a aucune possibilité de s’assoir à 2 dans la chambre malgré la grande taille de la pièce. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas et nous ne le conseillons pas. Il y a très probablement mieux dans la jolie station de Champoluc qui bénéficie d’un agréable domaine skiable de taille moyenne.

Tutto perfetto: camera, ristorante, spa. Piscina esterna bellissima. Servizio di sala di alto livello. Taverna molto bella. Pulizia in camera impeccabile. Colazione e cena Top. Grazie a tutto lo staff per averci fatto passare una bellissima vacanza
