Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The hotel is in a good position, you can walk to gao qiao north subway station for about 760 meters. All staffs have service mind. The room is clean.

It is not a four star hotel but it is in fact a very clean and comfortable place. I was positively surprised. Very good value for money. Very close to metro and comfortable for flight travellers.

抵達酒店的時候已經是傍晚，一路舟車勞頓身心疲憊，原本疲憊的心情，在踏入酒店大堂的瞬間就被治癒了。門口禮賓人員早早等候在崗，面帶温柔的微笑主動上前問候，語氣親切又禮貌，主動幫忙提拿行李、指引路線，沒有一絲敷衍和刻板的流程化應付。辦理入住的前台工作人員笑容和煦、態度温柔，全程耐心細緻，快速高效地辦理完入住手續。過程中主動告知酒店WiFi密碼、早餐時間、樓層設施、熱水供應等細節，還貼心提醒了周邊出行路線，語速温和、耐心十足，讓人倍感舒心。最打動我的是，全程面帶微笑，眼神真誠温暖，讓初次到訪的我瞬間褪去陌生感，彷彿回到了温暖的港灣特別推薦這家酒店

酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間設施齊全，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住效率高。位置出行方便，睡得很安穩，性價比很高，入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨無異味，衞生做得很好。工作人員態度友好，服務貼心，位置便利，整體很滿意。前台小姐姐服務特別貼心，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適。衞生到位，隔音效果不錯，整體體驗感很好，值得推薦，下次還會再來。

便捷性：酒店位於灣田國際區域，雖然距離市中心稍遠，但周邊環境安靜，適合商務休息。自駕停車很方便，停車場有充足車位。初次抵達時注意到大廳設在3樓，需先在1樓乘坐指定電梯上樓辦理入住 🔹 房間設施與舒適度：預訂的舒適大床房配備了記憶棉床墊，軟硬度恰到好處，睡得格外踏實！房間乾淨整潔無異味，衞生細節處理到位 🔹 服務與環境：前台工作人員效率很高辦理入住和退房都衹用了幾分鐘，還主動告知早餐時間

這次入住體驗特別滿意，必須給滿分好評！房間打掃得非常乾淨，細節處理到位，住着安心又舒服。床軟硬適中，睡眠質量超棒。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理手續快速高效，服務很貼心。酒店位置好找，出行方便，周邊配套齊全，環境安靜不嘈雜。整體性價比很高，服務和環境都挑不出毛病，下次出行還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

再次選擇這家酒店，去年同一時間段來長沙旅遊就入住這裏，今年依舊沒有失望。房間設施舒適整潔，住起來放鬆安心。最驚喜的是房間視野很好，坐在屋內就能望見橘子洲頭青年毛主席雕像，觀景體驗很棒。服務全程到位，尤其前台小哥哥、小姐姐接待周到細緻，辦理入住退房順暢，有疑問都耐心答覆。一如既往讓人舒心，來長沙還會繼續入住，真心推薦。

Overall, the stay was quite good and I had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel is within walking distance of the MRT station. The only downsides were that the shower room felt a little humid and the drainage was not very good, so there was some water pooling on the floor after showering. Also, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. Overall, it was still a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

酒店離高鐵站很近，步行10-15分鐘，打車3分鐘。房間乾淨、安靜，洗衣房、餐廳寬敞、舒適。半夜入住時，前台小姐姐特別熱情，並及時安慰排隊的客人。確認入住的電話裏就答應給升級房型，前台辦理時還送了早餐。可謂事事有迴應，時時有驚喜。旅行的疲憊都因為微笑的前台小姐姐散去了一半。
