A fantastic stay! The room was clean and spacious, and room service was impressively fast. Breakfast was delicious, with special thanks to Larry who's very friendly and our kids loved. The only small downside is the location is a bit far from the main attractions. However, the hotel connects directly to a shopping mall (plenty of restaurants and a supermarket) and the Changsha metro. Would definitely recommend and already planning our next visit!

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating. We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was big and offered a kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. The views were nice and the building itself is modern. Unfortunately the room had some issues regarding cleanliness and reallyneeds a few improvements. Under the bed there was a bunch of trash, there was mold on the ceiling and the leather of bed and chairs was staring to peel off. I assume it’s because the humidity in the room is quite high when people are drying their clothes and there’s not enough space to hang it. I would suggest providing a drying rack or a tumble dryer. We did wash some clothes but they weren’t drying properly, and remained wet after 2 days of hanging in the room. The check in was also very complicated. It said to contact the hotel but there was no phone number. It took a while for us to figure out how to get to the room and the employees of the building also had no idea how to help us. Also keep in mind if you want to order food to the room, it is not possible. You have to use the food lockers outside the building, they can be a bit tricky for people with international phone numbers.

酒店離地鐵很近，去哪都方便（長沙堵車超乎我預料，所以後麪幾乎都選地鐵了）。雖然窗外是一個爛尾樓（據説原來是某大地產的項目），也正因為此晚上就很安靜，完全不像五一廣場那邊會特別吵，本身也是商務酒店定位不是度假酒店，所以對窗景無所謂。離嶽麓山東門很近，推薦東門進去坐環保車遊覽的方案。 酒店樓下有兩個小超市，補充點零食飲料還是很方便的。 早餐很好，牛肉粉特別好吃，不輸給外麪粉店👍🏼 總之對各方便都非常滿意～

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hyatt Changsha. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. The facilities and location are excellent, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The service provided throughout my stay was professional and welcoming. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection. While the food quality was good, I would appreciate a wider variety of international breakfast options to cater to guests from different countries. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changsha. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Saya juga berpuas hati dengan tahap kebersihan yang sangat tinggi seperti tuala yang dibasmi kuman. Saya berharap untuk tinggal di Bilik 8901 di Kanglai Hotel sekali lagi jika saya merancang perjalanan musim panas ke Bandar Changsha Huanghua.

來長沙住了一晚上，選擇了蓉園賓館，據説是毛主席曾經住過15次。服務細緻貼心，入住贈送小零食，洗衣可以上門取送；園區面積很大，配有內部電瓶車接送出行，十分方便。早餐體驗不錯，米粉提供三種澆頭可選，口味偏清淡，能吃出食材本身的鮮味。客房帶着一點年代感，但整潔乾淨，鬧中取靜，來長沙值得體驗一次。
