Exceeding expectation! We had two rooms for two nights. Also first time in Changsha. First-time stay recommended by a local friend. We never heard about this Chinese hotel franchise before this trip. This Crystal Orange was only opened in 2022 we heard and it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits and local cuisines. We didn't know about every dish but liked whatever we tried. It was a comfortable stay. Our room service staff even left additional brew coffee supplies after the first day observation that we finished all the brew, very sweet. (There are many coffee stores in China than how I remembered from a decade ago but still a challenge to find real coffee with good roast I'd say. This hotel's ground coffee was the closest one to what we like back home). The location is great and easy to go by with either bus, subway or you can taxi all the time. Changsha is not an uber big city with accessible travel distance. It wasn't bad at all to go to nearby locations for sightseeing. For foreigners I would recommend setting up AliPay/WeChat Pay for transportation which was easier for us to get around in the city. We called taxi via the digital payment apps all the time.

Excellent service, liked the layout of the room and the huge TV. Bathroom was clean with automated toilet flush. Loved the electronically controlled amenities. Breakfast was great with wide varieties. Recommend!

Repeated stay at Wuyi Avenue Hotel, Orange Crystal Changsha. The service is still as good, and the room is clean and comfortable. Will choose to stay at this hotel again when I return back to Changsha for holidays in future.

Rooms are new and clean. Good breakfast with buffet. They are able to do laundry and send it back to your room for free. Short taxi ride to Wu Yi square.

橘子水晶還是一如既往的穩 🔹位置：交通便利！！！！ 出門不遠就是地鐵口；樓下有羅森便利店、各種早餐小攤；距離五一廣場太平老街等景點很近；樓下就是茶顏悦色，爽~ 🔹前台服務：每個工作人員都特別耐心，所有需求都盡力滿足 🔹房間：長沙室外高温，但每次踏進酒店的一刻都非常涼爽；房型大小ok，彩光也不錯；房間隔音很好，房間雖然在電梯間旁，但完全沒有影響休息 🔹洗衣房：洗衣房的工作人員也很負責，晚上發現衣服埋汰了，就幫忙清洗、烘乾、送到房間
