第一次來長沙玩選的這家麗楓酒店，靠近理工大學和南郊公園，去各個景點都不算太遠。房間很乾凈，給我免費做了房型升級，很喜歡房間的化粧鏡。前台小姐姐也很熱情，還給了我一本長沙旅遊手冊，也推薦了蠻多小吃。最近長沙太熱了，白天大部分時間都是在酒店裡麪度過，根本離不開酒店的空調。長沙很好，下次還來~點贊👍

非常好的一家酒店，服務從前台到房間，從停車場（安保部的10號和2號員工態度非常好）到自助餐廳（自助餐廳能直接打角度觀看黃鶴樓和武漢大橋），都非常好；特別值得一提的是，5月旅遊選擇住這家酒店屬於自駕遊，同行人員走時因匆忙把LV包遺落在地下車庫了，直到車開到武漢才想起來，抱着試試看的心態，給酒店前台打電話説明此事，前台接待的是一個叫周姓小姑娘，態度非常好，服務很專業，馬上派保安去地下車庫找到了這個包，並對包裏的東西和包主人身份進行了詳細核對，連包裏的現金都進行了認真清點，讓我們於當天拿到了包包，包裏東西和現金一個都沒有少，太感激了，為這個周姓前台小姑娘點贊，為維也納酒店（長沙橘子洲頭店）點贊！感謝的話説不盡，衹能説這酒店很專業，員工素質很高，以後旅遊就住這家連鎖酒店了，超級點贊！

真的出乎預料的好，這家酒店，超大的落地窗，視野很好，但是窗簾又很遮光，一拉上就差不多夜晚的感覺，真的很棒，而且我估計客房都是蠻新的，沙發、空調啥的都可以看出很新，距離理工大真的很近，房間衞生也做的很好，一次性浴巾毛巾真的暖到我心裏，反正我現在覺得他們家哪哪都好，強烈推薦

The hotel is about 200 meters away from Chigangling subway station. Walking is not too far but if you have a big suitcase with you it's not really convenient. The hotel is not bad, just ok. The staff can't speak English so don't expect much from them but they are freindly though.

這是我住過性價比最高的青旅，也是最好最乾淨的青年旅舍，位置在五一廣場商圈，吃喝玩樂很是方便，最愛的是她家是獨棟，空氣特別好，而且不用排隊等電梯，出門就接觸到户外，空氣清新心情舒暢。老闆與工作人員都很熱情與友善，有家的感覺。設施也比較好，最近重新裝修過，設計很耐看很酷，適合拍照打卡。出門一百米左右就是名氣很響的都正街，這裏酒吧，宵夜，小吃林立，長沙很多知名的酒吧相聲館及小吃店都在這裏，在這裡能享受到超級視覺與味覺盛宴，下次還會來也會推薦朋友來住。

PPengguna Tetamu第二次入住，跟第一次是完全不同的體驗！從豪生酒店換過來的，因為第一次的入住體驗非常認可！確實是我自己訂錯了房型，可是各渠道明明還有華采大床房為什麼我自費升級，前台還是以無法操作為理由直接拒絕我的要求？要是渠道都關房我還要求自費升級那是我無理取鬧，我要求取消當天的訂單，按15號的價格重新預訂華采大也被前台以無法操作為理由直接拒絕（15號價格比14貴）。以我十年酒店職業經理人的工作經歷來講，沒夜審前為什麼不能自費升級？前台員工連pms都無法熟練操作麼？實在不理解，最後給換了個房間説是免升，但房間牆壁是開裂的！故意的是吧，最後想想還是取消第二天的訂單換去了君悦。部門經理該管管事了，不管是員工的話語話術還是應變能力 都改提升了！

Apa yang tidak terkata ialah paip di bilik baru 801 telah lama dihidupkan dan ia masih sangat berlumpur....Hotel yang baru diubah suai tidak dapat mengelakkan bau hiasan...Paling tidak saya berpuas hati bahawa masa check-out kawan saya ambil kad dan refund saya ke swimming pool, tapi waiter kat gym tu cakap ikut alasan peraturan kami di sini tetamu yang menginap boleh guna swimming pool... guna? You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

CChi KitTry to imagine for a second, a hotel room with: Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a washing machine, located high up 40 floors, lake view, and even a tea corner. What do you think such a room should cost for a night? Well, I don't know about you, but for me it certainly wasn't the 300 yuan we paid. The location is not far away from the attractions either, it takes a quick 15 minute cab ride to hot spot night markets like Tai Ping street and 20 minutes to Orange Island. I think that's all that's needed to be said to convince anyone to stay here. But what's the catch? Sounds too good to be true right?
Well, there really isn't one, but allow me to nitpick. 1) The provided kitchen basically only includes 2 stove tops, a kettle, and a fridge. No cookware or utensils provided. 2) Only one of the 2 bathrooms has a shower. 3) The furniture generally feels cheap. 4) The windows need cleaning.
For the price there really isn't anything to complain about. Highly recommended at this price point. This is hands down, by far, the best valued accomodation I've ever stayed at.
Downstairs there are many local restaurants to choose from as well as a few convenience stores available. It is also located right at the subway exit although the hotel entrance may be a bit confusing to find.

PPengguna Tetamumy room is facing airport at day time you can hear the take off and landing noise but I think is acceptable. But good thing the window is doubles door and at night the airport is less flight, so no problems to me.
