Hotel Changsha dengan Spa

A lovely hotel. Good service and waived the deposit fee when I was bemused by it at a 5 star hotel. Great room and good hotel.

酒店大廳很大氣 有一種復古的感覺 快過年了還擺了新年裝飾可以打卡拍照📷 我和朋友來長沙旅遊訂的雙人間 前台小朱姐姐給我們升級了房型 還給我們推薦吃喝玩樂的地方 超級有心❤️出門就是地鐵口 簡直不要太方便 想喝茶顏就在對面 還不要排隊真好 房間住起來也很舒服呢！超級推薦！

A very well kept established hotel with large room , clean, impressive toiletries ( Appelles brand ), excellently located to main tourist spots.Though Changsha is a place full of wonderful food ( chilli drenched fish head), there is a McDonald next door (just in case). The hotel staff also very polite and very kind in giving us free goodies bag ( full of local famous Hunan snacks) and by booking with Trip.com, was offered free most famous Local Bubble tea Cha Yan Yue Se 茶颜悦色 delivered to room. This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

來長沙遊玩，在網上隨便搜的這家酒店，首先交通便利，門口就是地鐵 也有公交 去橘子洲和步行街很方便，還有城際，坐去株洲買衣服真的很方便耶，對於我這個購物狂，真是太友好了，哈哈。其次酒店的大堂堪比五星級酒店，辦理入住的前台小姐姐都好漂亮的，也很熱情，給我介紹了周邊遊玩的地方，非常感謝。早餐也很豐盛，是自助餐形式的。原來酒店二樓有湘菜吃，味道真的很不錯耶。以後來長沙還住它家👍🏻

房間大，隔音好，前台服務人員態度很好。早餐豐盛，達到5星標準。出行方便，附近一家熊貓燒烤食材新鮮，味道好，都是自己穿的串，來長沙的朋友可以去嚐嚐。

Apabila melancong bersama keluarga anda, penginapan di hotel bergantung terutamanya pada lokasi, keselamatan, kebersihan, keselesaan dan ketenangan. Saya memang mencari banyak alternatif sebelum memilih Huatian. Tetapi kemudian saya membaca ulasan dan lokasi yang komprehensif. Akhirnya memilih mereka. Ia sememangnya hotel yang cukup bagus. Saya merasakan bahawa dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, adalah sangat sukar untuk hotel lima bintang domestik untuk bertahan di bawah kesan hotel lima bintang asing Tanpa keberkesanan kos atau penambahbaikan perkhidmatan, adalah sukar untuk memenangi hati sesetengah pelanggan sasaran kumpulan , saya fikir Huatian telah melakukan kerja yang baik dalam hal ini, sekurang-kurangnya ia sangat sedar dalam latihan perkhidmatan pekerja. Selepas memasuki hotel, penghormatan di seluruh dinding sudah cukup untuk membuktikan kekuatan hotel. Izinkan saya bercakap tentang beberapa perkara yang perlu diperbaiki: Pintu bilik mandi tidak kalis air dengan baik, jadi apabila anda mandi, air mudah memercik dan bilik mandi menjadi basah. Kebersihan tempat tidur perlu ditingkatkan Kali ini saya dapati bahawa bantal jelas bernoda, dan ia cepat ditukar selepas memaklumkan kepada pihak hotel. Terima kasih sekali lagi atas bantuan anda sepanjang penginapan anda.

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店雖然離機場有點遠，但是好在房間舒適，衞生也是整潔，乾淨，環境整體温馨幽靜，很喜歡，下次還會選擇。樓下有一條小吃街，銀行，非常方便，離望城區政府近，停車場夠大，停車免費又方便。

酒店房間設施齊全，衞生也乾淨，面積還可以，我覺得不小，比較合適，晚上休息的還可以，很安靜，服務可以隨叫隨到，有應必求，我們帶了小朋友，剛好出門碰到一個服務員，問她能不能再給我們一雙拖鞋有小朋友，很快就給我們送過來了，服務可以的，退房還可以寄存行李，去買了點東西再回來拿行李去車站，很方便

非常滿意，離地鐵站一段林蔭道的距離，十一長假所有酒店瘋狂上漲的時候這裏不漲價，但服務質量不打折，早餐品種豐富味道好。 設施：原老牌星級酒店的格局，客房規整，一面牆落地玻璃，泳池、健身房、浴缸硬件齊全，經過了重新佈置與設施更新，非常好。 服務：服務熱情周到靈活，能感受到酒店對軟件管理是有高要求的。感謝帥哥範林澤的服務，服務跟蹤到位且不打擾。 一家人都非常滿意，再來長沙還住這裏。
