Frida Apartments

Just back from 10 days at Frida Apartments in Chania Crete. First of all thank you to Frida and her wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We had breakfast in the on-site restaurant every morning with views of the sea. Fresh fruit and a selection of cheese,meat, cereal and Cretan food was available every morning. There are two swimming pools one just below the dining area and the other further down some steps. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day by the very friendly staff who were always in great form. The fabulous beach is about a 10 minute walk and Chania is about a 20 minute walk or a €7 taxi. We ate at the on-site restaurant on a couples of evenings sipping cocktails in the happy hour before dinner. Again thanks to all at Frida for looking after us so well. We will return.

Where to start with this perfect hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing! From Anna with her delicious cocktails, to Frida and her amazing recommendations. Nothing was to much to ask. We had the most amazing time from their fabulous pool to their delicious food at breakfast and lunch/ dinner. The pool was always quiet enough which was exactly what we wanted! Our room was perfect, great size with aircon, wifi and even Netflix to sign into! Everyone made us feel right at home. They are nice and close to the beach and about a 35 min walk to the old harbour. We opted for taxis each night which were only €8 and reception always had them ordered straight away for us. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel to any couple who would like a quiet oasis away from the crowds at the harbour so you can have the best of both worlds! Deffinately a secret gem that we hope to return to. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a beautiful holiday for us xx

Hotel is very clean and nice rooms. Kitchen was little small but that can vary from room to room. Excellent bathroom and nice balcony. Service was really good and pool areas excellent. It’s like it’s own isolated small cute village. One thing is why I won’t come back, they have Gold fish in very dirty pool outside. Kids tease them, it’s really animal cruelty so I hope they will get ride of the fish. We also did not see anyone feeding them. I hope hotel makes good choice and let them run free or put them in a sleep.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per 4 giorni nel mese di settembre e ce ne siamo innamorati. Una vista mozzafiato,il tutto contornato da due bellissime piscine. Personale simpatico e cordiale; una menzione particolare va alla bella Anna,la ragazza del bar, con cui ho scambiato diverse chiacchierate serali tra un buon calice di vino e un bicchierino di raki. Posto consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo ❤️

La struttura è di recente costruzione e arredata moderna. L’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato è spazioso e confortevole, a parte l’assenza del bidet… La Signora della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi molto buono

Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux, la marmelade aux agrumes est sublime. L'équipe était aux petits soins durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.
