Hotel dengan WiFi di Chaozhou

A small but modern hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are busy but helpful. Pros:- 1. Location : quite convenient to go around with easy access to DiDi taxi. 2. Nice hotel lobby with free tea, sweets and snacks. Cons:- 1. Rooms is small. No coffee cups and its universal wall sockets are NOT functional. Should fix this problem asap.

Kemudahan: Kemudahan yang memenuhi piawaian harga, katil sangat selesa untuk tidur, dan paip mandi mempunyai jumlah air yang banyak dan selesa. Jenama peralatan mandian digabungkan menjadi Herborist. Baucar sarapan ***a Kantonis 100 yuan: Minum pagi adalah sedap, dan baucar minum pagi 200 yuan setiap hari untuk tiga orang di dua bilik kami adalah lebih daripada mencukupi.

We were travelling as a party of four people and stayed at Atour Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square). All of us were very impressed with the services provided by the hotel staff. Above all, the hotel manager (Ms 青盼) showed meticulous attention to detail in making us feel at home.

這是第三次入住聲樂酒店，感覺都挺好，這次來了煥然一新，前台美女們熱情漂亮，房間設施高端大氣，內有小智智能功能，房間寬敞明亮乾淨，酒店很貼心，住進來感覺心情特別舒暢，真心不錯，這個酒店是下次出差首選

Good location nearby the restaurants and shops. Ancient street and tourist spots are just around the corner. Easy to browse around and nice service from the hotel.

選的是榮選大床房，房間佈局很合理。兩米的大床對雙人很友好，而且提供了5個枕頭，高低軟硬都可以按自己的需求進行選擇。淋浴房和洗手枱中規中矩，不是智能馬桶有點小遺憾。提供了咖啡和茶。整個體驗非常滿意。

第一天入住的民宿不太滿意，後面太太選擇了這家酒店，客房衞生很不錯，前台那個經理特別熱情，入住還有免費的爆米花和雪糕，小孩子特別喜歡👍出行也很方便，附近吃東西也很多，值得推薦！

Good position close to factories and some restaurants area, probably not the best if want to visit ancient town. Breakfast ok

The reception girls ie. Front desk ladies (especially the night shift front desk ladies) were super helpful and attentive. Super customer centric and emphatatic to foreign guests like us. Very courteous and helped in our short but eventful trip to chaozhou city. They showed us the lounge for guests to experience chaozhou's exquisite teas & evening nightcap/supper, etc. Will definitely come back to stay with hansi because of their amazing guest experience. Perfect location and clean hotel, well upkept by all the ”ahyis” & they helped clean our clothes to allow us to continue our travels to the next city in comfort - world class lah! Highly recommend this hotel!

這是我住過服務最好的酒店了。還沒有到酒店就有酒店的工作人員打電話給我了，還給我發了酒店定位。一到前台就有前台小哥給我倒了羅漢果水，還耐心的給我解答了各個景點和值得試的潮州美食，這服務太好了。酒店的房間也是很不錯的，房間整潔乾淨，設施設備齊全，都是智能化的，還有很多燈光模式可以選擇。還有一個洗衣房，對於我這種懶人來説簡直是福音。打掃衞生的啊姨也是很有禮貌，一看就知道很專業。找前台多要個一條毛巾，啊姨很快就送過來了。酒店對面就有家牛肉火鍋店，很好吃😋。等到退房那會，前台還熱心的詢問入住感受，收集入住意見！雖然短短的就住了一天，但是從一開始預訂到退房，都不知道要怎麼説了。。總之，就是酒店好，服務好，房間好，人也好。必須推薦，推薦，再推薦！
