Great place! Very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice! The room was clean and was stocked with everything! Our room even had a Keurig  and a microwave plus a mini fridge. We had the top floor and the corner room which we have never had before but the view was amazing!

Just stayed 2 nights as we were driving up north. What a disappointment! Not typical Marriott brand we are accustomed to! The outside is lovely and the people working there were as well. However, the rates are not inexpensive and rooms are very dated and didn't look clean! The cabinets were worn, the room had a subtle odor and the bathroom also was very dated. The biggest drawback was that the walls at this property were paper thin and anytime someone next to us turned on the water to take a shower, you heard all the plumbing, odors came thru the vent when someone used the bathroom and doors were slamming all night long! Sounds like a slice of heaven, doesn't it? Didn't get the sleep we had hoped to between travels. Not sure if I will ever use a Residence Inn after this. Had used one years ago up in Massachusetts for a multiple nights stay and it was great. Extremely, extremely disappointed this time around that this property is even in the brand. Needs an overhaul to make it more comfortable and clean! Not worth the value and when I turned our room key in and told the front desk, she kind of shrugged and gave me an ”Oh well....Stay elsewhere!

Saya berada di bandar setiap minggu, dan tinggal di lokasi ini kira-kira 90% sepanjang masa. Kakitangan sentiasa sangat membantu dan mesra. Bilik sentiasa bersih. Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah. Satu-satunya negatif yang saya ada, ialah TV di semua bilik diimbangi dalam kedudukan yang luar biasa, yang menjadikannya sukar untuk menonton dari mana-mana sahaja di dalam bilik.

Saya tidak pernah mengalami pengalaman buruk di sini. Hotel ini sentiasa bersih, kakitangan sentiasa ramah dan membantu, dan ini adalah lokasi yang bagus dengan pemandangan yang baik. Saya tinggal di sini 1 hingga 2 kali seminggu untuk perniagaan, dan saya menjadikannya rumah saya jauh dari rumah!

Hotel Bersih, bilik yang selesa, dan bilik Pemandangan Sungai yang mengagumkan. Walaupun sarapan tidak termasuk dengan penginapan kami, saya mesti mengatakan bahawa ia benar-benar sedap dan sangat berbaloi. Pemandangan sahaja dari tingkat atas sungguh menakjubkan. Ia semestinya permata tersembunyi dan patut dimakan di sana walaupun anda tidak menginap di hotel.

Bilik itu bersih dan dalam keadaan baik. Masalah saya ialah kami tidak dapat menutup langsir gelap dan lampu jalan yang terang memancar masuk. Bilik tidak mempunyai pemandangan kecuali unit penghawa dingin. Ini mengganggu tidur kami sepanjang malam. Makanannya sedap tetapi agak mahal. Perkhidmatannya baik dan kakitangan yang kami temui ramah. Secara keseluruhannya saya mungkin akan tinggal di sini lagi, tetapi meminta bilik yang lebih baik.

Staff at the front desk was a bit dismissive and parking costs $20/night. Breakfast not included but there’s a restaurant on site. Pros: - great location, close to attractions, restaurants, shops - Wifi works well - rooms are relatively clean however I found a few hairs here and there - rooms are spacious enough - Check-in is at 4pm officially but our room was ready at 2pm so we could check in - mini fridge in room - the hotel is nicely furnished and decorated - 24-hour fitness center - 2 complimentary bottles of water - Coffee machine in the room Cons: - staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier - bed too soft and pillows too thick - A/C didn’t work properly—the room was either ice cold or hot

The welcome was friendly.. The ambience classy. Nice dining options. Rooms was immaculate and very comfortable. Not a great view, but a nice view, we could look out at the harbor if we stood near the window. We did not use the pool, but it did get a lot of use which we could see from our window. Less superb was the valet service. Efficient but not particularly friendly at $55 per night plus tips. The window in our room needed to be washed. The resort fee included an 8 am yoga class, but looking out at the pool we did not see yoga practitioners there. The wine reception is 3:30 - 4:30, which is an awkward time to get back to the hotel if you are touring. We got back at 4:45 - too late. The location is great. We like Hilton's Curio Collection and this added to our preference for this Hilton category. For a splurge, this hotel is fine. Pricey with the add-ons of the resort fee and the parking, but overall it provides a high-quality experience at the price.

The representatives were all very friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The pool was very nice but a bit cool due to it’s always in shade between the Hotel and the neighboring building. Complimentary breakfast was a variety. From dry cerial, to hot oatmeal or grits, to waffles to eggs and fried potatoes with peppers. Very Nice. Only one suggestion would be to add a couple of towel holder hooks or racks so to be able to reuse.
