We arrived and were told there was no reservation under our confirmation number. I showed them my email and was told that my room had been cancelled? They were able to get me a room but I was charged $60 more than was originally reserved. I went to the front desk and they were able to credit back it to my bill. The rooms seemed nice but we soon found out that nothing worked and the room wasn't clean. My daughter took a shower and there was zero drainage. There were disgusting particles floating around along with hair, etc. We had to use all of our room towels to try and mop all of the excess water that came out onto the bathroom floor. After calling maintenance/housekeeping twice, and trying to scoop up the water with our ice bucket-45 minutes later they arrived. Housekeeping brought more towels and maintenance came with a giant shop vac. The water was ****** up but then I was told he'd need to get tools to clear out the drain. He left multiple times to get multiple tools over a two hour period. The electric snake/clog opener was extremely loud. Now it was 10pm and we just needed to sleep to be ready for competition early the next morning. The tech told me that the drain should be clear enough to at least have a very quick shower. Seriously? I just paid $250 for night and not able to relax for 5 minutes after a long car ride and now no shower either! The next morning we tried to shower and water was still overflowing in the bathroom. In additon, our HVAC unit was flooding!
