When you see this hotel from the outside, you question if you should stay there. It's in a not-so-nice neighborhood and people hang out in the parking lot. I was dissuaded and mentioned this to the front desk agent (mine you there's a large sign in the lobby saying no refunds). The agent assured me the place is safe, they have lots of cameras, security, and the front desk is available 24/7. Plus, the people were harmeless. The agent was right. I go this place at a really good rate. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean (although dated and in need of a paint job.) FYI: This is an extended stay for some people. However, it is quiet and safe.
