Hotel terbaik di Chayofa

El hotel nos ha encantado. Tiene una cama grande. Cocina con electrodomésticos. pero lo mejor el jacuzzi q es muy grande.la piscina está también muy bien . El desayuno fueron 10€ a parte, y me pareció que estaba bien. En general Recomendable. Lo único q no nos gustó es que se nos quedó una bolsa con ropa y en vez de llamar a avisar la sacaron de la bolsa y no hubo forma de recuperar todo el contenido xq ya estaba mezclado con otras cosas

It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it. We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉. Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill. We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

Very quiet hotel, nice pool, but spa and fitness are not 5star hotel quality

Jeg havde brækket anklen og gik på krykker. Vi blev opgraderet til et mere ‘handicap’ venligt værelse og fik hjælp til leje af kørestol med den største imødekommenhed. Der var dejlig plads på hotellet - altid en ledig solseng, altid plads i poolen og altid nok mad ved morgenmads buffeten. Stemningen blandt gæsterne var dejlig afslappet og rolig. Og både hotel og byen meget handicap venligt.

Bilik ini terdiri daripada dua katil double, anda boleh memasak, anda tidak memerlukan ubat gigi dan berus gigi untuk menyediakan diri anda, terdapat balkoni di mana anda boleh merokok, dan tempat letak kereta berdekatan juga sangat mudah. Rasanya okay.

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

La habitación estaba limpia y muy completa.Por poner alguna pega la cama se movía un poco cuando te girabas,recomendaría algún tipo de anclaje al cabecero.Por lo demás todo correcto. El chico de recepción muy simpático y atento.Recomendable si necesitas algo en el sur bien comunicado y lejos del bullicio de los bares.

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.
