Filthy place, previous guests’ food and toothpaste on the floor, room hasn't been vacuumed for months. Bed sheets were not changed, lots of hair on the bed from the previous guests. Fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag because previous guests were smoking in the room. Footprints in the bathroom, shower box haven't been cleaned since pre-pandemic days, shower head clogged with minerals. None of the prime TV channels were available: Netflix, HBO, YouTube, others (”try again later”). No room service, called reception, they sent a kid to clean the room with a note (”towels + make bed”), he left the note in the bathroom and left. Called again, nobody showed up. The check-in experience was not very pleasant. The receptionist seems upset because I interrupted her Tik-Tok session, and I was greeted with ”whatsup!”... she couldn’t figure out the payment issue from Expedia, and she didn’t seem to care either, so she left the issue for the person in the next shift to handle it. I always had a good experience with Marriott, but after this experience, I won’t be staying on a Marriott hotel again.

The facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk person Kiana was exceptional, both on the phone and in person. And the driver to the airport really helpful with bags and was very kind to travelers that were having a stressful diversion in Buffalo.

We live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!
