It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

segala-galanya tentang hotel bagus cuma tab mandinya tidak begitu bersih.saya perlu menggunakan tisu dan air panas untuk membersihkan dan membersihkan tab mandi.tolong minta pengemas membersihkan dengan betul ya.terima kasih..lagi satu,hotel ini jauh dari kedai lain seperti 7e.so perlu ada pengangkutan sendiri untuk kelancaran perjalanan.overall seronok di sini bersama suami untuk kekosongan yang singkat.

Perkhidmatan meja depan sangat baik. Menerima daftar keluar lewat. Tidak mencuba makanan hotel halal kerana lokasinya yang berpusat menawarkan banyak pilihan makanan halal yang lain! Peralatan mandian asas telah disediakan dan tekanan air pancuran adalah kuat. Sejadah dan arah kiblat tersedia di dalam bilik. Akses mudah ke tempat letak kenderaan percuma yang luas di dalam bangunan.

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, and loved it. Uwe is accomodating with our meals request - where we had a German pork knuckle made for our dinner. The mix of German and Thai cuisine is amazing. With prior notice, the seafood can be freshly bought from the market and prepare to satisfaction. We were also grateful for Uwe's arranging us a boat trip to Khu Khut for the red lilies / lotus, and also for recommending the nearby municipal fresh food market. Overall, very clean rooms and pleased with the service although the team's English is not their first language. Only one pillow provided per person, and it was not a problem to request for more. The property is divided by a small road - rooms by the poolside adjoining the main lobby, where breakfast is served and the rooms by the beach which houses a nice dining area for the evening. Highly recommended to those seeking a nice place in the heart of Songkhla.

Tempat yang bagus untuk berjauhan dengan keluarga. Tidak jauh dari Lee Gardens dan terbaik untuk Grab sahaja di sana. Tempat letak kereta berlorek. Di sebelah Cheevi Cheevat untuk padang pasir. Mereka juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke Diana untuk sebarang keperluan membeli-belah. Deposit ialah 1000thb. Bilik dan sarapan pagi sangat bagus untuk harga yang dibayar.

hotel terbaik cantik dan boleh duduk sangat , harga pun berbaloi laaa .. dekat dengan asean night market , greenway night market , central festival mall dan macam macam kemudahan lain lagi .. hotel pon bersih luas plak tuh bilik diaa .. breakfast ok laa sbb free hahahaha .. staff hotel smuaa terbaik and sgt membantu yaaa walaupun checkin dah lewat sangat sangat , paling penting parking luas yang amat tak gaduh berebut parking hahaha .. memang sangat puas hati .. next time datang hatyaii boleh repeat sini lagi .. recommended sgt .. lima bintang saya bagi hahahaha ..
