晚上九點半到的機場，聯繫接機很方便，3號門出來，到路中間的滴滴乘車點，也就是網約車乘車點等，兩三分鐘司機就到，離酒店很近，前台服務很熱情，登記了第二天要出發的時間，房間內有中央空調和單獨空調，温度可以自己調，上半夜有點涼，後半夜挺暖和。中轉很方便。

老闆娘很友善，是個家庭小旅館，衞生做的很不錯（在此基礎上看），提供的一次性物品也很全，不過設施確實比較簡陋（尤其是衞生間），主要還是離火車站近，很方便。

非常滿意。有免費茶飲，還送我護手霜。這個價格還有早餐。周邊吃飯也方便。晚上出去街上還有無人看守全憑自覺付款的零食攤（雖然不是酒店開的，但是可見市民素質）。提個意見窗户要有窗簾更好了，晚上街燈還是有光亮的，雖然我不介意。

酒店位置很好找，在萬象城商場後面寫字樓，來了給升級了房間，這家酒店簡直超出我的預期！空間寬敞裝修精緻，新中式的風格古香古色，設施一應俱全，床上用品柔軟舒適乾淨整潔，每天都有服務員打掃衞生，房間洗手池打掃的也很乾凈，房間設施齊全有電視還能投屏，乾濕分離的洗澡間和廁所，還配了空氣凈化器，房間還有茶桌和茶椅，無論是遊玩還是出差都很適合，前台是24小時的，服務態度很好很熱情，酒店整體氛圍棒極了

GGuest UserI've been here many times. There's free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The little girl at the front desk is very efficient and there are free drinks. The room service is also very responsible and clean. It's very close to the Summer Resort. There are also shopping malls nearby. Every time I come here, the experience is good. I will always come to this hotel. It's a chain hotel, so I feel very relieved. There is also a lounge, which is great.

The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. GGuest UserIt's perfect for families with elderly members and children; it feels like home. The owners are very welcoming, and the wife is incredibly gentle and has an artistic flair. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, exuding a charming, artistic atmosphere. In the evenings, spring water boils around a bonfire, and everyone gathers around, sipping tea brewed by the owners and chatting contentedly. The children play hide-and-seek, swing on the swings, and watch the turtles and koi swimming in the pond. The kids especially love the incredibly good-natured Labrador Retriever; you can pet it freely without it getting angry. The rooms are also very clean, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toilet seat covers. We plan to go back in the fall.

FFletcher LiveranceIt was a bit hard to find as an international traveller, you have to go all the way to the entrance of the park (past the jianshanling hotel) and the very last right a few hundred feet before the ticket booth and checkpoint, you go right, and it is a few houses down.
The hosts, room, and food were all wonderful and accommodating, the most delicious we have had in china so far!

GGuest UserHotel man is great, he speaks very good English and is super friendly and kind. Transportation by car was arranged to and from the train station as well as for heading up the hill at 6am to the Jinshanling great wall park entrance to catch sunrise from the Great Wall at the top. It is possible to just walk up to the gate instead, it just takes longer to walk the 2 km to the ticket checking gate, and there is then still some maybe 15 mins of walking uphill before getting to the top. Photos show the view from my room, the menu of the hotel restaurant, dinner (尖椒豆片炒肉), and breakfast (fried rice and soup).

Because the plane arrived at the airport at 10:30 in the evening, it was already more than 11 o'clock to carry the luggage out to the hotel. When I woke up, I found that it was almost 11 o'clock the next day. I hurried to wash and eat. I forgot to take photos of the interior of the room. However, I will come to Shijiazhuang next month. I will go to the airport at night in the future. This is the best choice. It is not far from the ancient city of Zhengding. It costs three yuan to take the bus 🚍 156 at the airport. BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

GGuest UserThe hostel is super trendy! Walking in, I had to make sure I was at the right place because the reception is a cosy bar! The staff did not speak English but we overcame the language barriers using WeChat. Everyone is very friendly and patient! Even the dog called 由由!
The cubicle beds are more luxurious than other hostels I stayed at. They are spacious and provide almost complete privacy. I also received slippers, so it was extra cosy!
The bathroom can be improved because without shower curtain even the toilet gets wet, but it is spacious enough to keep your clothes dry.
This hostel is suitable for longer stays as well, especially with friends because they have many activities and games at the hostel. Reception helps with the organisation of tours to the grasslands and many other trips as well (although these tours are fully in Chinese. So some Chinese language skills are recommended).
If I ever return to Chengde, then I will stay there again!

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆
