The hotel facilities are impeccable, with both a swimming pool and a gym available. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed. Both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and even the smallest bathroom details were meticulously taken care of. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; check-in and check-out were swift, and they were always helpful and attentive, answering all my questions. The value for money here is truly outstanding. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely a five-star rating!

YYeshengheThis is the first time I have encountered such an outrageous hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no standard rooms available, and they said they would upgrade me to a parent-child room (my father and I were traveling). I thought that a parent-child room would just have another smaller bed, so I agreed. Who knew it would be such a small child bed? When I went to bed at night, I found that the bed was not only small, but also stuck to my hips (I am 167cm tall). It was very inconvenient to get up and lie down. The most annoying thing was that the bed board was hard and it made my bones crack. I couldn't sleep all night. Did I do something bad to be cheated by the hotel like this? I couldn't sleep at night, so I checked Ctrip and found that the hotel actually had the parent-child room I thought it was, but it was not this parent-child room for children! The front desk was not doing their job!!!
